1993 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 33L, This is nice older motor home that my parents need to sell due to health issues. The unit has new front brakes, and is mechanically sound. The only issue is that the shower pan is cracked and it has been patched with plastic. It does not leak, and is usable, but not very pretty, otherwise the unit is in great shape. No evidence of ever leaking. The refrigerator is about 3 years old. If you have any questions please get it touch with me. 2005 Forest River Georgetown 370XL TS, 2005 Forest River Georgetown XL 370TS. This is a bath and a half model with three slides. It is a great layout when you have company in the coach. It is on the Ford V10 F53 chassis with approximately 18,000 miles. The coach is in excellent condition and needs nothing to go camping. There are two black water holding tanks and two gray water holding tanks. The front and rear bath are on separate tanks. Has a full fiberglass roof in good shape. Upgraded to 32" flat screens in the Cab and BR. Tires are in great shape. Slide covers, and awnings are good and work fine. Currently the dinette is set up with the booths out and we are using chairs for more room. I have the booths to go back in, which match the sofa. Have all manuals, including original sales documents. The only reason we are selling is to move up to diesel pusher. The camper is currently in Nashville until the the end of August, when it will be in central KY.
