This unit is only lightly used with no kids, is non-smoking, and fully protected until recently. Stock #359447 2016 LANCE 1995 with one slide-out! This is a well-designed RV; for such a small size, it has most of the amenities of the larger units. This great two-person getaway unit is easy to tow and live in. The queen-sized bed takes up about 1/3 of the unit and is open to the living area. A privacy curtain separates the areas. The slide opens up the kitchen and living area, but the bathroom can still be used with the slide-in, which is very convenient when traveling to the next stop. The side door is in the unit's rear, opening into the clothes closet and bathroom area. The bathroom is a normal-sized unit; it is compact but adequate. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave. a three-burner stove, and an oven. The unit comes with all of the original equipment. Reason for selling is not using.
