Office trailer, Lark 12'x6' w/ all anyone would need for a mobile field office. Unit never used. In mint condition. Exterior few very light scratches, Interior no know flaws. Built for mobile field office for personal use; however, due to age and medical conditions I retired and never used the trailer. I had the ceiling raised to 7' interior, had the walls and ceiling insulated, added and axle. I weigh 300 lbs and with the nose stand and no jacks the trailer is very stable when I move around. I have pulled the trailer w/ an Expedition w/ no problems. Pulls straight and true. This unit could be used as a recreation item, temporary hunting/fishing camp. Just a overnight camp out. The appliances have been run ever two or three months and are working great. Will within a 100 miles other wise will need to make arragnements to pick-up unit. 2015 Lark 6X10 single axle, V front, rear ramp door, side door, 79" tall overall, aluminum adjustable side wall vents, Three radial tires on aluminum wheels, no roof vent, white exterior. We bought this NEW from Lark in March 2015 for our business and we have grown so quickly that we need a larger trailer! This trailer has extras that cost big $$$ to add on such as the rear fold-able stabilizer brackets, tie down brackets inside that are adjustable, non slip flooring, etc. We are asking $2700 OBO for a trailer that is only 7 months old which is a $700 savings if you were to purchase it new with all of the extras that it has! This trailer will fit inside a conventional home garage that has a door clearance of at least 80" which means you can save on storage fees! Perfect trailer for hauling Motorcycles, etc...
