I bought this trailer new in May, 2015. We love this trailer but it is too heavy for my pick-up, and too long for my driving skills! My wife and I have used it just 5 times, including a trip to Lake Austin City Park, Blanco State Park, Arlington Texas, and twice to Lake Georgetown. We have never cooked inside. Everything is in show room condition. We are non-smokers. The floorplan is awesome, with a full size couch, two swivel rockers, dinette, big bathroom with a huge shower, a 50 inch HD television, powered antenna, surround sound, power jacks and awning, plus more. There is lots of storage space as well. I will include my "EqualizerHitch" load equalizing and anti-sway trailer hitch for an extra $700.00 if you prefer not to buy your own ($900.00 value). Check the NADA blue book value of this 2015 model: $17,700 average retail. If you are thinking to buy "new", you should look at this trailer first. It has been stored from the start in a covered, paved, gated RV storage facility. I will be happy to show it to you any time. I am nervous about counterfeit money circulating in our area, so I am asking for a certified check in payment. The title is free and clear, and in my possession. You will get a beautiful trailer, I will take the hit on depreciation, and I will start shopping for something lighter in the 20 foot range!
