This one's not an auction. We've got our best price, right here in the ad. This is a SEVEN-day listing, unlike our usual ten day listings. Why? It saves me a few bucks to list it for 7 days, and since we're not making anything on it at this price...we're saving every penny we can! And no - offering to buy it outside of eBay won't save you a cent. I pay my fees when an item is LISTED, not when it's SOLD - since you're reading this, it means I've paid my fees already, so you might as well just click that button and buy it! For all you "rock bottom" shoppers out there...THIS is your unit! No bidding, no haggling, the price shown here is as low as it's going to get. All of this doesn't mean it's a "bad" unit...it's just housecleaning time on our fully-packed lot. This camper has been here for a while, for one reason or another (color, age, weight, layout, whatever), and with all the fresh trade-ins we're getting it's time for us to make some space. That means...YOU get to SAVE MONEY. This is actually a nice, solid little camper! Sure, it's a 23 year old popup...but all in all? It's held up VERY WELL. The floors and walls are solid. The cabinets look decent. The dinette table has some wear from being moved around for the last 2+ decades but it looks good too. The cushions and mattresses and curtains look good. The stove lid could use a fresh coat of rust-oleum paint and the kitchen sink needs a new faucet, but there are NO ODORS and like I said - the hard parts are nice and solid! Even the ceiling looks really good! The worst part about this camper - again, a 23 year old popup - is the tenting. It's not Sunbrella - this was before they started doing that. This is Evolution3 fabric - the stuff they make car covers from. There's some holes here and there from age (and probably careless storage), in the E-3 fabric and in the windows/screens. All of them look like they've been taped up, though, and even though it's not very neat or pretty...it should keep the weather and bugs out for you until you get a chance to either properly patch, or completely replace, the tenting. You can find new tents easily online - there's a heck of a market for these old Colemans, because the campers are so well built! This one, at (literally) a dollar a pound? DEFINITELY worth fixing up - it's a really neat little camper! The outside is about the same as the inside - nice solid hard-parts, with just the tenting being the bad part. It looks like they were using some of that spray-sealer on the seams - that's all I can think the black stuff is. Probably wouldn't have been my choice, but...well...at least they were trying. Honestly...their "fixes" look worse than the rips and tears!! But the lift system looks (and works) great. Sidewalls and end caps look great. The graphics actually look good too! The tires look nice, there's no electric brakes to worry about because it's so lightweight so all it has is a 4 pin flat plug for your tow vehicle. Fix up some soft goods, and you'll have a GREAT little camper here! Honestly - this camper would be worth more money to us if we parted it out. But then we'd have all that labor time taking it apart...and quite frankly, it's just too darned solid to tear it apart! It deserves a new set of canvas, and another 23 years of camping fun! Is it basic? Sure - no heat, no air, no fridge, no hot water...but that's also no stuff to break or replace. Want to get into camping without blowing the budget? No need to upsize your car or truck? Do you just need someplace to sleep that's off the ground? HERE'S your camper!! Why do we sell on eBay? Exposure, plain and simple.
