This RV needs work. It has rust on some of the bays. The batteries are dead and will need to be replaced. A seam is discolored and detached in the ceiling above the microwave. There is also a trim piece missing above the microwave. Carpets could use a steam clean to remove some stains. 2008 Mandalay Coach Presidio , This is a Mandalay Presidio 39f Luxury Coach. It has three slideouts, one of which is a full wall slideout. The outside of this beautiful diesel pusher is full paint finish with hues of brown/beige and tan. All the windows are tinted dark for privacy, with an awning for each. There is also ample underbody storage. This has a Freightliner chassis with a 330 hp Mercedes diesel engine that runs great, as well as an Onan 8000 diesel generator. Oil change was just done as well as the brakes checked. The tires are also in decent condition. There are 2- 13,500 btu air conditioner units to keep you cool as well as a 30,000 btu front and a 20,000 btu back furnace. As you enter this beautiful, well cared for motorhome, you will find two very comfy butter colored driver and captains chairs made by Flex Steel. Both heat plus the captain chair reclines for an awesome ride down the open road. This rig has a full panoramic view window so there is nothing but the open road and awesome views ahead! Heading into the living area down the tiled floor, which runs thru the kitchen and bathroom, is a beige leather loveseat (has some wear) on one side and a full beige leather foldout couch on the other.
