Look no further - this 2019 Midwest Automotive Design Conversion Van is built on the Sprinter 3500 170WB Mercedes Benz Cargo Van - powered by the Mercedes Benz 3.0L Turbo Diesel that delivers up to 188hp. It has all the latest safety features like a wide-angle backup camera and close vehicle warnings, and more. The Passage 170EXT MD4 floorplan with the Power drop-down bed in the rear over opposing bench seating when it is raised. The layout can be modified by removing the 2nd row of Captain's Chairs - as shown in the photos - but they are available, in like-new condition, and easily re-installed. A removable table can be placed between the four chairs up front - the front seats swivel to allow for conversation and use the table to seat four comfortably. The table can also be used in the rear between the two opposing bench seats as well. The power drop-down bed drops into place at the touch of a button and raises just as quickly. A tankless water heater with controls is on the wall below the TV. The thermostat for the roof-mounted AC is next to the tankless water heater controller. The galley is fully functional with an induction single-eye stove, a sink and microwave/convection oven, and a nice refrigerator with an interior freezer compartment. The bathroom is a wet head style - but is fully functional with a sink, toilet, and shower. There are lovely laminate wood cabinets throughout the unit for plenty of storage - there are storage compartments below the rear bench seats and beside them. There are 110 USB ports that are enabled by the Xantrex 2000 Controller. The Solar panels on the roof - feed into the Zamp Solar converter to charge the house batteries that can run everything but the roof-mounted AC unit. The unit has 30 Amp shore power connections or can be powered by the onboard Cummins Onan 2500 LP Generator that has just over 31 hours on it. Entertainment options are a great stereo system in the Dash or a similar but separate one in the rear - that also has an integrated DVD player for feeding the wall-mounted TV in the rear. Outside, the large power awning quickly opens to extend the fun outdoors at the campsite. All of the RV systems - power, water, sewer, LP, and solar are clearly marked and easily accessible around the RV as well as a couple of exterior storage compartments. The unit is parked under a covered shed, protected from the elements, and has power to it at all times, as shown in the photos.
