Bedroom sink allows two to get ready at same time. The bed faces north/south so is not in a slide. This allows full access to the bed during travel, and has a 20 in. LCD TV at foot of bed for full viewing with in-motion satellite. In addition this allows the bed to have cross ventilation from two large windows on either side for more pleasurable sleeping. Detroit engines have a great reputation thru out the Rv industry for being the best, this is the same engine that all Prevost coaches have and it is nothing to see a million miles on one. it was a 11,200 upgrade from the 500 hp Cummins engine. The exterior of the coach has a full body paint scheme with incredible graphics. There is no damage or paint checking of any kind. Coach was kept in a tempature controlled storage facility and it shows. Coach came equipped with a full Girard awning package with power awnings all the way around, even the window awnings are power. As far as storage coach has full pass thru power storage trays which extend from either side making for easy axcess storage from either side of the coach. The interior of the coach screams luxury from the moment you walk in. Coach has all the highline options you would find in a million dollar custom home, from real cherry hardwood cabinetry, real ceramic tile floors and sculptured carpets. Everything is top of the line and shows no wear at all. The floor plan has opposing couches and sleeps up to six. All the shades are power as well. There are 4 flat screen tvs thruout the coach and the front and bedroom open and close to be out of sight when not in use. There is also a electric fold out outdoor entertainment system which folds out when needed by a press of a button. All of the furniture is in great shape and shows no wear or tear at all. Coach also has a Onan 12.5 KW generator which has enough power to run everything with ease and only has 1400 hours and starts and runs perfect. The prevouis owners took great pride in keeping this motorhome in great condition and it shows. The tires are all in great shape, the front tires are 2010 Michelin with 90 % tread.
