The carpeting is new, the original refrigerator was replaced, Norcold parts recall has been taken care of. 3 of the tires were replaced in 2008, 1 tire was replaced in 2011 (due to blow out in a service garage), the sofa cushions need replaced, we opted to to replace the carpeting instead of the upholstery.
