We are a motorcycle dealership in Mansfield Texas and we trade for just about anything. You are looking at a 1999 Monaco Lapalma motorhome, that is powered by a large Triton Ford motor with only 69,000 miles. It rides on a set of Michelin heavy duty 19.5 truck tires; the v-twin generac generator starts easy and runs smooth with only 103 hours on the clock. It has a carefree Colorado Awning outside with a metal cover to protect it while traveling. The super slide has a leaf guard awning to keep the leaves out. It has the fiberglass rear cap with a backup camera, like the more expensive coaches. The interior is clean, no cigarette smoke, it could use a good womans touch in getting it clean. The carpet is in very good condition and it has a tile floor in the cooking area. It has three flex steel seats up front and a TV overhead in the console. Im sure it could use a service, grease, oil change etc. We can get you an estimate to have the oil changed and the a/c charged. Then generator battery is weak and may need to be replaced in the near future. The motor and generator could use a good steam bath, they are just dusty. The dash air does not blow cold, it needs some Freon. We are selling it as-is however we will tell you what we see good or bad. The odometer works and the speedometer needle is stuck on 80-100. It has working hydraulic leveling jacks, another high dollar option on a coach. The cook top is a three burner gas and above the counter is a very nice convection oven. It has a private bathroom and a large walk in shower. It also has a TV and remote control for the bedroom. It has a lot of storage underneath. The paint is still glossy and is in very good condition, the black stripes on the outside are faded and cracked. The lights work and it has a receiver hitch in the rear. The porch light is missing its cover. It drives good down the road, I noticed a small shake in the steering wheel that got smoother as I drove it more. Look at all the pictures and watch the video. We have a mobile RV service guy that will do a pre buy inspection for $200. What we do with boats is charge or replace the battery, hook up the water hose on the out drive and start the motor. We look it over and shoot 40-50 pictures and make a walk around video so you can see the good and the bad. The RV's we plug them in and check the a/c, refrigerator, water pump etc. we also take 40-50 pictures and shoot a video so that you can see the condition.
