You will notice some personal items in the coach. That is because I still live in it. Had my husband not passed away, this coach would not be available. It is, to me, the perfect coach. For many years we were Workampers and found this coach to be very adaptable. It has done things and gone places th we were told impossible. This coach is 99% usable when the slides are in. You just can't open the dresser drawers. The black tank can easiliy go 7 - 12 days between dumping. All windows are clear - no fogging anywhere. The only thing really wrong is the awning over the door. It is gone - a long story. There has been no smoking in this coach but a cat and a bird live here. I am allergic to both so I have to maintain a good vacuum schedule. Two new 8D house batteries were purchased in 2016. Vehicle has had all regular maintenance. Tires are good but should be replaced within the next 18 months just because of their age. They are 6 years old and were last rotated in spring of 2016. By the way they are Toyo tires. The only brand we ever use and have never had a problem with them. There is an 18" high electric porcelain toilet with a slow close lid and seat. Very easy on and off if you have back issues. Convenience items are Intellect panels every 6-8 feet for lighting control and panic alert. There are 3 generator switch locations and 4 water pump switches. Diesel fills on either side of coach. This will be considered a "short sale". I have already spoke with my bank. However will have to use a RV dealer to complete the paperwork.

2004 National Islander , The Islander was National RVs flagship model. This particular coach has cherry wood cabinets, Corian counters, and ceramic tile in the kitchen/bath areas with carpet in living and bedrooms. The layout flows easily, with a large slide for the living room/dinette that can sleep four. The dinette is a booth type with excellent storage access via large drawers. A beautiful and functional kitchen area sits across from the dinette. The kitchen is not on a slide out, so there are no propane hoses working back and forth when the slide is extended or retracted. This coach is great for quick overnight stops if you need to leave the slides in, as all functions remain completely accessible. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with slide, a vented washer/dryer combo enclosed in a convenient corner cabinet and a full sized, mirrored closet across the back. The room is separated from the living area by a large shower/tub area with separate toilet compartment and wood sliding pocket doors for privacy. This floor plan, with the powerful Cummins 400hp engine, combines the best of Country Coach and National RV. The Islander model is well-behaved on the highway and a sheer pleasure to drive. These effortless driving characteristics are due to the superior construction of the Country Coach Dynomax chassis with its long wheelbase and short overhang. Two of the storage bays in the large basement are pass-through with dual direction slide-out trays and there is also a pull-out tool drawer. The Onan 8kw generator has only 234 hours on it and the gray and black tanks store 70 gallons each for a total of 140. She carries 150 gallons of diesel fuel and can be filled from either side. This coach has all the bells and whistles you might expect from a quality 40 motorhome. It has not been smoked in, there have been no pets, and with its custom full body painted exterior, it is a gorgeous coach that will make you proud to own. Our asking price is $89,500, which is about what the NADA guide indicates is average retail value. This coach is a wonderful value as it has been extremely well maintained and is in excellent condition with only 23,000 miles.
