GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 11yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 11 yr old RVs. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 40 foot According to NADA. This RV is a National Islander RV built on a Country Coach Dynomax chassis. This is National 's flag ship RV , it rivals many American Coach , Newmar , and Monaco 's products with the motorsize and the features with in the RV The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter/ inverter rear Hitch 10k lbs capacity air ride air brakes engine brake Electric Entry Steps Patio Electric Awning Slide Topper Awnings Stove top Microwave Convection Oven 4 brand new tires already installed, TV s Backup Camera oversized tires independent front suspension Side mount Radiator 1 touch lighting control thru out the RV This RV was just drove approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil leaks were noted on the trip home There are 2 roof AC unit that work. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 11 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofa We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. The tires have good tread. However the rear tires are less than 11 yrs old and should not need replacement. The front tires are late 2013. Typically they should be good thru 2021. rear tires are brand new The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. This motorhome has been well-maintained by 2 obsessive “RV-nerds” while used with care and it shows! We found this coach in town and purchased from a wonderful lady whose husband unfortunately had passed away. They were really huge into RVing and we learned WHY National is THE way to go. We’ve used it this year towing a single car trailer to 4 races without any trouble. If we were staying with 1 car, we would be keeping it. Yes it is that good. National built RVs with far more quality than many coach builders: Thick insulated walls and ceiling, great cabinet work, great styling, and a ton of standard features. The paint used is much higher than other RVs and it shows. Of course since they weren’t building cheap crap, they went out of business in 2007 in the downturn. There is a reason National still has some of the highest re-sale values in the RV industry. Coaches need to be used, but not abused. Coach has only 68k miles which is not even broken in for a diesel. However, it was not sitting around not running which isn’t good for the mechanicals (as any RV service tech will tell you) At the same time the couple that owned it used it in the summer to travel with it stored under cover when not used(as do my wife and I). The ONLY reason my wife and I are selling this coach is because we need to pull a stacker and 2 race cars which means Toterhome or Tag RV.
