2004 Mountain Aire 5th wheel with 4 slide outs. Model 38RLPK is 38 feet long, triple axle, empty weight 16100 lbs. Equipped with 2 AC units, washer and dryer. FOR SALE -- LOTS OF UPGRADES!! *2001 Newmar Mountain Aire Fifth Wheel - 40 feet in length - 3 slide outs - Whirlpool Refrigerator - Kenmore Microwave - Atwood Stove top/oven (propane) - Kenmore Washer/Dryer - Leather split sofa - Cafe table and chairs - 20" flatscreen television in bedroom -All manuals included - Storage, storage, and more storage -Leveling jacks, front legs are electric, rear are manual -Awning over front door is manual This place has been a great home for the past two and a half years and as you can see by the pictures it's in wonderful condition. The Good Upgrades include kitchen fixtures, light fixtures, ceiling fan. AC covers recently replaced. The Bad Bedroom carpet 100%, Living room 95%...puppy tore up a couple very small patches, so small amount of cosmetic damage. Bathroom and Kitchen Fantastic fans are not currently working...not sure if it is the fans themselves or electrical...kitchen hood fan works very nicely so cooking without it is not an issue. RV is located directly between Phoenix and Tucson if you are able to come and inspect it personally. If you are unable to inspect yourself, Casa Grande is the closest large town and Norris RV has excellent customer service if you'd like to call them for inspection.
