Quality – Quality – Quality Newmar is known for its high end materials and high level workmanship its high praise is earned – just ask any owner of a Newmar and they will tell you, they are loved campers, this is a rare Florida find, A 2006 Newmar Torrey Pine edition high end elegant 5th wheel model 36RKCS is a 39 footer, from top down, the best, a one piece fiberglass roof, regular maintenance on trim, so you know they took care of it, roof looks great, outside still shines nice with its thick gel-coat finish , we just washed and waxed and buffed the whole camper, wheels are nice looking aluminum alloys, decals look great for year, little scuff in front, barely even seen in picture, above normal condition for 2006, huge, huge, huge, storage in and out, my kids would all sleep under the stars in the front storage it’s so clean and huge, has upgraded metal like new storage tray that extends out, look how deep and huge the slides are, nearly double the size as other 5th wheels, quality slides and deep gives you 35-50% more room inside, once you step inside you say wow!! huge – clean and elegant surround sound and ceiling fans, upgraded window treatments with day/night blinds, alabas rock lights throughout, brass inlays in glass, etched wood work and carved detailing in all the wood trim, huge open kitchen, convection micro looks new and never even used, stove/oven look new and never even used – they must have eaten out a lot, couch looks nearly new – must have been covered, dining chairs look new, 4 recliners, 2 recliners in the couch, large kitchen counter space with breakfast nook, swivel tv/armoire nook, dvd player, large corner shower/tub space, no fighting over space – there is lots and lots of storage, huge nearly walk in size closet with hidden lock box in the floor, desk/makeup nook in bedroom, with upgrades she was nearly $100,000 new and current retail $40-$50K but I am only low price under wholesale of $40,000 – we are $10,000 under the others at their sale at only $24995 low low reserve that’s right low low reserve of only $24995, that’s ½ retail on $10K under wholesale, for great looking Torrey Pine edition, 50amp service, tinted windows, awnings all good, molded front modern full cap, has Polar Pack, Newmar aluminum structure, new roof covers TRADES-INS ..........
