The owner states that all mechanical and operational systems function as intended.
In general, the coach appears to be in good condition. However, a couple of cosmetic items warrant noting.
First, there is some surface wear on the large recliner coach (noted in the pics).
Also, there is some damage to the nose shell of the coach that has been addressed with wide repair black tape in lieu of replacing the entire nose cone (also noted in pics). It is not very noticeable but does exist.

This 2019 Heartland Road Warrior 427RW has it all! It's a triple axle 5th wheel with 2 big slides and 3 awnings.
There are three AC units with individual climate control stations for garage, living area, and bedroom. The coach also has the Arctic package with heated holding tanks. There is also a power exhaust fan in the bath and a fantastic fan with rain sensor in the kitchen.
It has a Cummins Onan 5500 gas generator (with 140 hours) - with its own fuel tank - and a separate fueling station for the toys with its own tank, power gas pump, and nozzle.
There is an outside shower lots of storage with one pass-through storage compartment.
Inside there is a huge garage that doubles as a three-season room with sliding screen doors. They open onto a ramp for the toys into the garage which doubles as a fenced deck with awning and lights.
The garage has its own entrance door and has two couches that make a queen-sized bed and also converts to a large dinette. Above the dinette is a drop-down queen size bed and both the bed and the dinette raise to the ceiling to provide wide-open garage space for hauling your ATV, dirt bikes, motorcycles, or golf cart.
The garage also includes a half bath, TV, washer and dryer hookups, and plenty of storage.
Moving forward from the garage there is a large room with a five-person recliner, a 50" TV w/CD, DVD, and stereo, and an electric fireplace. Above the door to the garage, there is a loft bunk that sleeps two.
Also, in the main living area, there is an outside glass door that leads to another raised patio area with a big TV, stereo, and a power awning with lights.
The kitchen has wrap-around counters, an upgraded faucet, a convection/microwave, a gas oven, a three-burner gas cooktop, a residential 4-door refrigerator/freezer, lots of storage, and plenty of counter space and lighting.
Moving forward is a hall with a large wardrobe, mirror front, and access to a large bath with a full shower/tub, porcelain toilet, and good storage.
The master bedroom has a king bed, storage above, another wardrobe, four big drawers and a big one under the bed. There are two nightstands, both with storage above, a wall-mounted TV, and another access to the bath.
All-in-all the coach can sleep 8 people comfortably and that doesn't even include anyone sleeping on the large recliner in the living room.
Almost all functions of this coach are controlled by a computerized control panel, making function control easy and centralized.
This 2019 Road Warrior is designed for those who are passionate about enjoying the time away and outdoors to the fullest.
