Backup camera, Hydraulic leveling system, "Basement" air conditioning. 2 slide outs: Bedroom in back (has queen size bed) with storage underneath. Living room in front is very spacious and has a couch that pulls out to a queen size bed. Dinette folds down to make a bed, has storage under seats. Beautiful light oak wood finish everywhere. Spacious closet with mirrored doors and lots of storage drawers in rear bedroom. 1976 GMC Eleganza II RV – LOW ORIGINAL MILES – 26’ As seen in Stripes and Anchorman 2 Driveline: · 33,000 Original miles on this awesome original 455 ci Oldsmobile motor. · Fuel injection, electric fuel pump added this summer. Computer auto-tunes as you drive. · Headers added this year. · Gets over 10 MPG and pulls like you wouldn’t believe. · Climbs mountain passes like a champ with the fuel injection. · 26’ long RV is very smooth and easy to drive. · Front wheel drive (from the Olds Tornado design). · 3 speed automatic transmission (original and operates flawlessly, well maintained). · Six brand new tires this year (like 1400 bucks!). Brakes/Suspension: · Power front disc brakes work great · Rear power drum brakes (4 of them) work awesome as well. · All pads and shoes recently done. · Rear air bag suspension operates well. Original compressor is flawless. I put shut off vales on the bags to hold air longer. Pass side bag has a slow leak but minor. Drive around all day and it’s fine. Camp for a few days it’s fine. If longer, just fill it up every few days. Always deflate the bags when longer term parked. Front Cabin: · Original seats in perfect condition, rotate around to face the house when camping. All steam cleaned in the last year. · Original green shag carpet in super nice condition. Fluffs up nicely with the included shag vacuum attachments. · All the glass is perfect. This is a big deal! · Motor A/C works. House: · Zip Dee awning works great (awesome, about 1500 dollars to put on). · Onan 6000 watt generator runs perfectly. Under 90 hours total run time! · All bulbs replaced with LEDs. · 100W solar panel put up this summer. Charges the house battery, which runs everything when camping. Control panel shows battery condition, etc… · Roof A/C is awesome blows ice cold and cools the whole RV. · Original in house vacuum parts all included. Works as designed from the factory. Way cool, but never all that useful given mediocre suction. · Green original shag throughout. · Wooden cabinets in solid shape. The more heavily used ones have been refinished. · Bathroom in perfect, spotless shape. Way cool, even has a ceiling vent. · Fridge: Dometic propane and/or 120v ac. Runs well. · Full manuals included! Super rare and extremely helpful. · Rear lounge changes to a full size bed for sleeping. · Front couch changes to twin bunk beds for sleeping. · Front dinette changes to full-ish size bed for sleeping. · All beds and carpet steam cleaned in the last year. · Heater works. · Kitchen/stove/oven works. · Roof vents / fans (two of them) in great shape. · Roof storage in great shape. The other details, so no one is surprised that this 35 year old RV isn’t flawless · The stripes are fading from light brown to purple. Should be fully purple soon which is kind of cool. New stripe kit is only about 150 bucks. · One screen is not fully attached on one side of a window. · One bedroom light is loose. · One air bag slowly leaks. Never been a big deal for our useage. · Dash radio is out. Someone had thrown in the 80s JVC tape deck and I couldn’t stand it. · A/C and fan blow off the motor is kinda poor, a standard GMC RV thing. · House battery is older. Clean water gauge doesn't work - not a big deal, you can see the tank from inside RV. · Grey tank has slight drip. Will try to fix before sale. Call me with any questions or offers. V2GRV generally sells motorhomes. So if the word motorhome is used, it refers to the 5th wheel travel trailerGENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the trailer is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old trailers. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old trailers. In the bunk area, you can tell kids spent time in there. Nothing really wrong just some bumps can be noted Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 38' foot According to NADA. This Trailer is a Cedar Creek Silver Creek 5th wheel travel trailer with 4 slides The trailer has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter Entry Steps Patio Awning Stove top 4 bunkssleeps 10 Microwave Oven TV This trailer was just towed approx 600 miles with no trouble. There is a roof AC units that works. Ducted air There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 26k. Please understand if you desire to do a trade, i generally recommend book vs book This means the trailer is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. rubber roof Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 10 There is room for two in the queen bed. bunks sleep 4booth sleeps 2 The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 16 inch wheels. The tires are miss matched yrs and brands. With the buy it now price posted the trailer will include 4 brand new trailer tires. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. One blind is missing. It is currently on order The central vac is present but no attachments are present, hose, attachments etc etc. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback.
