The rear bath has an entire wall of storage space. The front bedroom offers a queen island bed that lifts up for extra storage. All of this in a trailer that is just 28' in overall length. We have installed new tires and a new patio awning canvas on the existing electric patio awning. The construction is aluminum frame, laminated wall with fiberglass skin. The front landing gear is power operated. The cast aluminum wheels give it an upscale look. Inside the flush floor slide has a sofa and dinette that both can be converted for additional sleeping space if needed. There is a stereo and LCD flat screen TV for evening entertainment. When you arrive at our dealership we will walk you thru the inspection of your coach. During that inspection we will demonstrate the systems of your coach. All pre-owned units are sold "as-is" with no guarantees written or implied unless stated otherwise. We do offer a PDI and make sure all major appliance are in working order. We also go through the propane and water systems. If we find something wrong on that inspection we fix or replace it. The pdi is a $395 Charge and is not mandatory. An extended warranty is available for purchase for rvs 1995 and newer and is good anywhere in the United States and Canada. All of our units for sale are available to view prior to bidding at our dealership. We do not guarantee cruise control, tvs,vcs,dvd players,or, cd changers. Shipping We have a couple transport companies that will deliver anywhere in the United States and Canada. The going rate is 1.50 a mile and may change depending on the company used. The company's we use do a lot of deliveries for us and are transport companies not somebody doing it on the side. These are companys that are hired for the transport and they are not affiliated with our dealership. The quote per mile will depend on the area its being transported to like mountains vs flat land.
