An almost unbelievably nice example of the ever popular Toyota Mini Motor Home. It is easy to see this unit has been lovingly and meticulously maintained. Only owners who take a lot of pride in what they own keep a unit in the condition this Toyota is in. Is it brand new? Absolutely not.....in fact it is 20 years young. Is it in perfect condition? No , and I don't want anyone to think I am trying to make them believe it is. But I think the condition of this unit is pretty apparent in the photos. And if I don't have space for all the photos' you need to see I will be glad to send what you want directly to your email upon request. I know I will forget something so I am sure you can expect revisions as questions are asked. I will answer any questions honestly and quickly as they are asked. This Toyota will not be for the average person looking for a Toyota Motorhome........ but it is the one that certain people look near and far to find........ and unlike most of them that turn out to be not what they are supposed to be when you actually see them, this RV will not disappoint !! Now for the description as follows: As stated....... 1994 The final year for the Toyota Mini Motorhome Low miles as 79k on this unit is considered low. It has the 3.0 Engine ! They are powerful yet get good gas economy for an RV. And no I am not going to tell you they get 23 in the city and 28 on the road as I have just seen stated. Speaking from personal experience and having owned several of these in the past, it has been my experience these units typically get around 10/12 and when on open highways you will generally get 12/15 maybe a bit better with a tailwind. I don't see the need in being less than truthful about these things knowing full well at the end of the first tank full you would be thinking of me in less than affectionate terms! It is what it is and actually thats not bad mileage considering you are pulling a small house. It also has the automatic transmission with overdrive. As you can see in the dash pictures there is a button that depicts ECT. For those who don't know that is Electronically Controlled Transmission. This function is available for immediate power increase as needed in passing ( Yes I have actually passed many vehicles in these) and for hill climbing and is a great asset. Thee engine and transmission are dry, clean and perform flawlessly as you would expect. The timing belt was changed 10k back at 69k as it should have been according to manufacturer instructions. All six tires are as new with 6k on them and zero weathering or dryrot. I installed brand new stainless wheelcovers all around to make her as pretty as she deserves to be! Of course it has the heavy duty one ton rearend. Engine bay is clean and oil free. No rust anywhere. Exhaust system is in good condition and quite as it should be! Brakes will stop on a dime and work as they should. All mechanical systems are good to go!! Truck body and house body are both in excellent condition. Paint is in excellent condition. All glass good. The roof has the original sealing on it from the factory and looks like it was done last week. Previous owner owned this unit 6 years and I don't know the history before that. I installed new rain covers on the roof vents so they can be left open for ventilation when raining. I installed a new High Definition Antenna (The Jack) so you can get high def channels on the brand new flat screen TV pretty much anywhere you happen to be. The awning is in excellent condition as seen in pictures. As you can see in the pictures this unit has the flat fiberglass FRP sides which is much preferable to the ribbed siding. (And much nicer looking in my humble opinion) If you can tell in the pictures the unit shines like new money and while it looks wet I assure you that is the permanent gloss !! Just a gorgeous unit !! I know I am writing way too much so will try to do better on the inside. It is as nice as the outside. I replaced all the ceiling lights with new ones. Original lights were fine just yellowed. Sleeper jack knife sofa, sleeper breakfast booth, full bed top side, all new bedding. Fridge is cold, freezer is colder (9 degrees when I checked earlier)Gas/Electric 2 way. Stove works great, Microwave works great, water heater works great, etc, etc, etc,,,,,,,,everything works great!!! Roof air is cold, dash air is cold !! Upholstery in the cab and in the house is in excellent condition!! Full bathroom, cedar closet one wall to keep the pests out. Full shower, also outside shower. All lights work as they should! All plumbing, all electrical great condition! The one thing on this RV that does have a problem is the generator. It is an Onan 3k. The previous owner told me it needs a voltage regulator. All I have done is squirt gas in the carb and it starts right up and makes power but won't keep running so after reading the trouble shooting guide the regulator is probably right. It does run good when running so I do believe it is not anything too distressing. This vehicle is for sale locally and listing may be withdrawn at any time. Also as with any 20 year old vehicle there are no warranties either expressed nor implied. On May-09-14 at 06:57:58 PDT, seller added the following information: One thing I meant to mention here that is extremely important to buyers of Motorhomes.......... This Toyota has absolutely NO WATER DAMAGE AND HAS NEVER HAD ANY !!!!!! Another thing to mention is that the fridge works perfectly on BOTH gas and electric. The water heater lights FIRST time! Furnace lights first time!! All burners including the oven which looks as if it has never been used all work perfectly!!! Again if you are looking for the best of the best I believe you will find none better! Just saying 'In my humble opinion!!

FOR SALE IS A CHEAP 32' 2006 FOREST RIVER CHEROKEE 285B, 2 SLIDE OUTS, BUNK BEDS, asking $7000!! OUTSIDE::The outside is in decent condition. It has decent sides, good paint, good stripes, decent wheels/tires, 30 amp power service, electric front leveling jacks, rear leveling jacks, basement storage, gas furnace, gas water heater, holding tanks, roof air, 2 slide outs, rear ladder, and a porch awning. INSIDE: The inside is also in decent condition. At the rear of the camper is the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a slide out that has a set of bunk beds, dresser, closet, and TV hookups. In the middle of the camper is the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a double sink, Magic Chef stove, Emerson microwave, Dometic fridge/freezer, nice counter top space, and cabinets. Across from the kitchen is the slide out. The slide out has a couch that makes a bed, a dinette, lights, and blinds. At the end of the slide out is the entertainment center. The entertainment center has TV hookups, built in radio, and extra storage. Up the stairs in the hallway is the bathroom. The bathroom has a nice size glass door shower, sink, medicine cabinet, and a separate room for stool. At the front of the camper is the bedroom. The bedroom has a full size walk around bed frame, upper cabinets, side cabinets, night stands, and reading lights. Overall: The overall shape of the camper is good but NOT perfect. I pulled the unit about 175 miles and it pulled good. All the lights as well as the brakes are working. There are no leaks or odors. Please keep in mind this is a USED camper and is NOT perfect. The camper does have flaws. The outside flaws are: bent skirting from a tire blow out, a scratch by the door that is about a foot long, and normal wear. The flaws with the inside are: wear to the dining table, wear to the couch, a 3inch slice in the flooring, normal wear. With the REPO RVs, there is usually some TLC needed. We generally have generic descriptions for our ebay auctions. Sometimes, we may forget something or make a mistake about some detail. This coach is approx 246" according to NADA This coach is a Thor Freedon Elite C class Corner bed c class built on a GM chassis This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. 600 to be exact There is a roof AC unit that works. The engine or dash AC does cold air. The GM V8 runs like it should The 5 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Many of the RVs currently have a washer dryer installed. Typically ,we plan to remove the unit unless the winning bidder wants to purchase the unit for $500 in addition to the bid price. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. This RV was purchased from a fellow RV dealer here in SC. It is NOT a repo There is roof AC unit that works. The engine or dash AC does blow cold air. The Mercedes DIESEL engine runs as it should. The 5 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Many of the RVs currently have a washer dryer installed. Typically ,we plan to remove the unit unless the winning bidder wants to purchase the unit for $500 in addition to the bid price. MECHANICAL: We work on and repair most mechanical functions with our coaches. But, due to stringent State and Federal regulations, we are not set up to repair or maintain dash A/C units. Thus we do NOT guarantee that any dash A/C units work. ALL A/C components are "AS IS". Most do work, but we will NOT be responsible for repairing of maintaining dash A/C components. Also, we do not guarantee the following (if installed) will operate: 1) satellite systems 2) security systems 3) non-factory add-ons 4) we cannot guarantee tire life or wear 5) cruise control 6) spare tires are optional and are NOT standard equipment. ADVERTISING ERRORS: Please be aware that we are NOT PERFECT. We go to great lengths to make sure our ads are correct, BUT occasionally we do make a mistake. If you do not see it in the picture, then it probably is NOT an option on the vehicle. If you do not see floor mats, then the vehicle probably does not have them. If we do not mention a keyless entry, then we most likely do not have the keyless remote even though the vehicle might have had one when new. In order to receive the $100 store credit, the entire balance must be paid within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Full payment is due within 3 days period. If you do not pay within the 3 days we do reserve the right to NOT sell the unit to you. I will NOT hand over my title until your funds have cleared my account, 5 business days. So, if you arrive to pickup your new item and you do NOT bring cash or do a bank wire transfer then I hold the title till your funds clear MY bank. Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only.
