2008 Peterson Industries Excel 33TKE 5th Wheel. This 35 foot RV is in pristine condition and only used 8 times. It is a 4 season unit good to -10 below zero. It has a leveling system lighting and you name it is loaded. You walk into this unit and smell the new smell of wood as oak cabinets surround you in beauty. The surround couch and two lazy boy recliners surround you in comfort as you enjoy the ceiling fan auto climate control surround sound system huge flat screen LED TV along with the fireplace. . The carpet is as clean as can be and is kept clean with the central vacuum system. The oven has not been unpacked from original purchase. It has a pantry and tons of amazing storage. At the end of the day you can enjoy your washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean. Then you can climb into the queen size bed with skylights and more. Everything is totally clean and nice it smells and looks brand new. It is something else. . The complete list of options on this unit there are so many it is unreal. The owner had this unit tricked out to live in totally if wanted and but they have barely used it. . It has a beautiful interior with two lazy boy recliners. - The owner added the oak table from excel to match the unit. - The owner added a fireplace to this unit that you can use with or without heat for mood or warmth. - It has total surround system for your listening enjoyment with AM-FM CD and dvd unit. - It has temp controlled system for vents that you can set to operate to keep the unit at a certain temp year round that the vents will open and close that was extra also. - The owner had nicer counter tops put in and the nicer kitchen floors. - The owner added a side out pantry for can goods and also added a spice rack. - The owner had a central vacuum system added to this unit also with all the components for cleaning. - The owner had added to this unit a washer and dryer two units in the bathroom. - The owner had the more expensive counter tops bathroom vanity added in the bath and shower unit is beautiful and glass with the dome over it for lighting. - The owner had added extra in the bedroom windows on each side of the bed and behind the bed for extra beauty and more comfort if we wanted to enjoy fresh air. - The bedroom also has a sky light vent. - The awning also added the huge length in case the owner ever wanted to open it and it has never been used as the unit was under cover against elements. - The roof on the unit is neoprene rubber and it has the antenna for TV that the owner has never used either. - The owner had updated the wheels from normal white to brushed aluminum slotted wheels.
