2012 Pleasure Way Traverse pop-up camper van. Ford E-150 Econoline conversion van, 4.6 liter V-8 engine, very strong and economical with 16-18 MPG. Automatic transmission. Vehicle well maintained and in excellent condition. Last oil change at 45,000 miles. Currently van has less than 47,000 miles. Tires in good condition with good tread. Vehicle has two front bucket seats, and a rear bench seat that faces forward and can seat three with seat belts. Interior seats tan leather like material; exterior color silver.Vehicle is very comfortable to drive and parks in any conventional parking space. Daylight running lights. Non-smoker.The camper has a two burner Atwood LP stove, a Norcold 12 volt ac/dc compressor 1.9 cu ft refrigerator, which draws very little power and keeps things very cold. Galley has a stainless steel sink with cover and cutting board, Shur-flo demand pressure cold water, a twelve gallon fresh water tank, an 8.7 gallon gray water tank, microwave oven and lots of storage space. There is a Suburban 16,000 BTU propane furnace. New 6.9 gallon Manchester propane tank installed March 2016. Auxiliary deep cycle battery for camper, with battery charger and isolator from engine battery, auxiliary battery disconnect. There are two tables; one small one on side door, and a dinette table with tripod base.Rear bench seats easily converts to a full size bed and measures 54” by 74”. Upper bunk created with pop-top up and measures 44” by 73”.Passenger seat swivels to face camper and reclines. Canvas in very good condition, no rips or mildew. Side windows open with screens and have zippered curtains; front window clear vinyl with zippered curtain. All windows of camper have curtains, including a full curtain for the front windshield and front doors. Windows tinted as well. Lots of lights in camper. Rear barn door opens for storage and access to furnace, house battery, battery switch and tools. Rear 2 inch receiver hitch.Includes smoke, carbon monoxide and LP detectors.
