It has 28 feet of living space and is 32'4" from hitch to bumper. Dry weight is 6,527 lbs with a payload capacity of 3,168 lbs, a hitch weight of 849 lbs, allowing it to be towed by a 1/2 ton pick up. The tow hitch, sway bar, and weight distribution bars are included (several hundred dollars in that alone). It sleeps 9 comfortably with a front queen sized bedroom with a sliding door, rear oversized twin bunks, a fold out sleeper couch and an 83" U shaped dinette that converts to a bed. The interior has more than ample storage space and the exterior has front pass thru storage as well as a large storage area in the back. There is also a power "mega slide" on the right that extends the couch and dinette for extra living space. It comes with two tvs, two dvd players, a cd/am/fm stereo with interior and exterior speakers, The unit has an antenna and is also fully wired for cable. The oversized awning is electric (automatic) and so is the front hitch jack. So no more cranking by hand. The fridge and water heater run off of electric or propane.
