This is a great buy on a nice and clean, low mileage class A motor home , This 2004 Fleetwood Terra 31H is only 31.5 ft. long and is very easy to drive and park . The motor is a Ford Triton 6.8 Liter V-10 that produces 305 horsepower and 420 ib / ft of Torque . This motor home has more than enough power for pulling out in today's modern interstate traffic and climbing mountains , even while towing a vehicle or trailer ! Only has 37 K miles ( NADA adds 13% to the value for the low miles) , In my and many other experienced RVers opinion these Fleetwoods are some of the best built Class A motor homes you can buy !! These things are built like tanks and that is why you see so many of them on the road (Bounders, Terra's, Pace Arrows, Southwind , etc),.
