It has 2 Slides and sleeps 9 or so. It has no roof leaks at all and has no visible water damage. It has a full aluminum sub structure with a steel I beam frame. The exterior is smooth fiberglass with gel coat. The roof is a one piece membrane that rolls over the roof and down the side wall. It is very well built. The arctic package means fully enclosed undercarrage, heated plumbing and holding tanks, themo windows and heavy insulation.The original design and floor plan is a 2009 model year Prowler, the title will show 2010 because it was a late year model. Per NADA it is 33 feet long and weighs 6940 pounds. The upholstry is clean and has very little or no wear showing. The couch makes a bed for two people, the booth makes a bed for two people, the front bedroom is a queen for two people, the bunk in the rear is a 3/4 bunk for one or two and the fold out under the bunk is for one or two. The wood work and cabinets are a cherry finish that are nice looking. The camper has nice recessed lights and a nice surround sound dvd/cd system that is smart phone ready. The counter tops are formica and show a little wear. The appliances are clean and functional; including the dual source refrigerator, gas oven and cook top, microwave, water heater etc... The bathroom is clean and has a nice tall porcelain toilet. The bath tub has sliding door and a power vent in the ceiling. The ceiling is clean and damage free from front to back. In the rear bedroom there is an area for a tv across from the beds. I put a mattress in the bedroom from another camper. The mattress is a house size queen and a little long for the bedroom. Basically the interior is good. You will see basic wear here and there and new carpet and laminate. The exterior looks very nice with a nice shine to the fiberglass and a very good rubber roof. All of the compartments have very good locking latches that secure. The slides have automatic awnings over each slide out room. There is an awning on the entry side of the camper that is manual. It shows some wear but is in good working condition. We have replaced the tires and wheels with brand new. This is literal. It has 5 new tires and wheels. We have tested all lights and trailer brakes and everything works great. Take a look at the pictures and feel secure that we have tried hard to take care of any issue we could think of. It will have a REGULAR CLEAN ARKANSAS TITLE. It will NOT say salvage or any remarks at all. I purchased it on a bill of sale with water damage. It has had a resigned vin as if we built it from scratch. Since we us used parts we make sure it is the year of the donor parts. We could have made it a 2016 model since we are the remanufacturer, but we want the year to match the axles and parts that can wear. We technically built this trailer. We applied used and new parts to make a great product. The floors were weak in spots. We removed the sub floor plywood from front to back. I mean literally all of the floors from bathroom to the front bedroom. There was one piece in the front bedroom under the bed from side to side that was completely dry and solid. We left it but removed the floor from the storage box in front and pulled all insulation from under the bed flooring too. We then installed new plywood 4x8 tongue and groove 3/4 sheeting and new insulation from the inside of the trailer. I say from the inside because this trailer is completely enclosed underneath. We removed all of the damaged wood and anything that got wet(as best we could tell). Once we removed all of the previously damaged floor we set up our commercial dehumidifier and closed the trailer up and let it run. It pulled all of the moisture from the trailer that we could not see. We then started the construction process. Please not all sales are final. NO warranty or guarantee.
