2005 Coachmen Concord 270SS, Here is a nice Coachmen Concord Class C RV Motorhome. It has only 27000 miles on it and has barely been used the past couple of years. The engine is in great shape and the electrical system works well, although the battery tends to drain if the RV isnt started a few times over the winter when its not being used. The slide-out has an awning and works well. There is a large rear bathroom with its own door and it contains a standup shower, toilet, and sink with cabinets. On one side of the cabin are two couches, each of which folds out to a twin sized bed, making this a prefect RV for couples. This side of the cabin slides out. The other side of the cabin contains a refrigerator, freezer, gas grill and oven with wood gas grill cover to reduce vibrations while driving. There is an additional sitting couch which has storage and covers the fresh water storage container. The front of the cabin has a 24 inch flat screen TV with integrated radio and DVD player and surround sound system with sub-woofer. There is a generator there, but it doesn't function right now because it needs to be removed and the lines cleaned, but with some work should function. The front cabin has comfortable bucket seats as is standard to Ford. The outside has several storage compartments for RV and recreational gear. The left rear compartment had been used for an old CRT TV for outside TV viewing but we converted it to a barbeque with mini Weber propane grill and it has a platform which extends out and works beautifully. The RV also has a satellite dish on top that is not connected, but could be by the new owners. The RV is wired and includes a cable for TV hookup, and water and sewage hookups. We are also included two sets of plastic leveling blocks for those campsites that are not level. We also have some plastic-ware for RVs,such as dishes and glasses which we would gladly give if they were wanted. Now, on to the defects! The generator is non functional. The roof is in good shape - no tears, but has some typical sun damage due to age. The awing has been repaired at the top with tape, but the repair is barely visible. The underside of the awning has some mildew which could be cleaned, but it water tight. There might be a small leak in the roof near the slide out, but this can easily be resealed. The roof could also use a good cleaning, but I got most of it in pretty good shape and the RV is otherwise spotless inside and out. The only structural issue is a repair to flashing on the right side near the right rear wheel. I ran over a curb and it bent it, and the replacement part is not longer made, so I taped it with white duct tape. Purely cosmetic.
