A POP representative has not been aboard this RV; however, the seller states that all systems and functions work correctly. Upgraded with MORryde Independent suspension and disc brakes. After a recent hail storm, the roof and ceiling on the living room slide were replaced. The RV was completely inspected after the storm to ensure no other damage. The seals on the living room slide should be replaced. The sellers have the seals but were not able to replace them. Redwood performed the passenger side repair caused by a blown tire, and it has not been painted because the owners can no longer tow the RV to get into the paint shop. It is manufacturer-equipped with a rear receiver for towing, which the owners use to tow a Jeep Wrangler. Traveled and lived in full time. The inside has been painted white to brighten it. The paint needs to be touched up. The carpets have been cleaned--but are original. The kitchen floor has a couple of small tears. The seller has participated in the Redwood Owners Group National Rally in Indiana every year since 2015. At that time, the Redwood techs went through the coach and took care of anything that was needed. All tires (including the spare) were replaced last year before the sellers drove the RV home from Indiana; those are the only miles on the tires. The coach would make a great Fixer Upper with plenty of newer updates: the exterior full body paint is glossy, uniform, and shiny, with no visible damage, divots, or gouges. The exterior rear window needs a new seal (pictured). The weatherstripping on the forward roof sides has fallen off (pictured). Two of the five slide floors have been replaced (due to seal leaks), and the seller says the dresser slide-out floor needs to be replaced (pictured). The original tires show 2013 date codes. The roof was fully inspected, stripped, and resealed in the Summer of 2021. New microwave in Summer 2022. New Queen mattress in December 2022. The interior is in fair condition and needs a good cleaning. The bedroom and the living room have newer vinyl plank flooring. The toilet and related plumbing were updated in the Summer of 2022. Step inside and see how convenient your very next camping trip can be. This unit features a rear entertainment area, triple slides, a convenient kitchen island, and more! As you enter, there are dual opposing slides in the main living space. There is a slide-out free-standing dinette and two lounge chairs with overhead storage to the left of the entry door. Along the rear wall is a complete entertainment center with a 42" TV and plenty of storage both above and below. The slide opposite offers more seating with a sofa, and the rest comprises of kitchen appliances and storage, including a pantry, a three-burner range with a microwave oven overhead, and a refrigerator. The kitchen island features additional storage space with cupboards and drawers, plus added counter space and a large kitchen sink. Going up the steps to the right of the entry door, you will see a side aisle bath on the left, including a tub/shower, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet. The private front bedroom features a slide-out queen bed with nightstands. POP RV has not seen this RV in person. The seller has provided the pictures and states that the RV is in good working order.
