Nice fifth wheel. Clean and well taken care of. The owner has ordered a new tail light. There is wallpaper damage in the bathroom where the previous owner taped insulation on the ceiling. The owner is not sure what year the tires are. The date code could not be read. According to the seller, they have not had any issues, leaks, or damages since they purchased it, except for the water heater, which was replaced in June of 2022. They did have a cat living in the camper with them (there is a cat door in the kitchen island), but it has been cleaned very well. No sign of any animals ever being in it. The unit is very clean and shows well in person with only minor fading on the exterior. The subfloor under the kitchen slideout has some rot on the ends that the seller believes is from condensation and says should be easy to replace. The seller states he has had the roof resealed since he has owned it, but it appears as though it's about time for it to be done again as part of normal RV maintenance. The couches can fold out to sleep 2 more people, or you can do what we did and pull the couches out for a time for a pack-n-play, or if you have a dog that sleeps better in a kennel you have so much floor space at your disposal.It has power tongue jacks, power stabilizers, heated/enclosed underbelly, electric awning and outdoor speakers w/ blue LEDs, a color changing LED outdoor light strip under the 18' electric awning, 13.5k BTU AC, gas/electric fridge and water heater with DSI. Very clean, good condition 2008 Jayco Jayfeather EXP 19H. We are the second owners of the trailer and used it the last three years. This trailer was the perfect first RV for our family. Sleeps 6-7 with 2 queen bunk ends, jackknife sofa bed and dinette that converts to a twin bed. Only selling because we just purchased a new travel trailer that sleeps more people. Price includes fresh water and sewer hoses, "X" type wheel chocks, and a Reese weight distribution hitch with sway control. All four tires and spare were replaced in September 2015 and have less than 1000 miles on them (spare never used). Electric awning is BRAND NEW! All appliances, AC, furnace and water heater work great. This is a great deal for a nice used travel trailer. Must sell as our new trailer is already parked in this trailer's parking space.
