Description OVERVIEW 2006 Rexhall Rose Air 40' Diesel Motorhome, model 309S "T-Rex" with TWO FULL SIDE slide outs: (meaning both sides, from front to back, slide out, creating an amazing floorplan with so much space!). Cummins 8.9L 400HP Diesel engine, on a diesel Workhorse Chassis (air brakes, air suspension, exhaust brake) with a 6 speed electronic Allison transmission. Very low miles, only 14,200. Overall in excellent condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. Sleeps 4, and has all the bells and whistles (even has a washer/dryer combo). This model of RV, was Rexhall's most expensive diesel unit they made in 2006, and very unique with the two massive slide outs. RV needs nothing, and is ready to hit the road! See the video tour! Again, this coach has has two FULL SIDE slide outs, meaning both sides, slide out from front to back (a patent made by Rexhall, hence the name "T-Rex". Just an amazing floorplan. In the cockpit, at the power leather driver seat (passenger seat is also power): telescopic/tilt steering, cruise control, cold dash A/C, levelling jacks, backup camera, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD stereo, brand new 32" LCD TV in the living room, RCA home theater surround sound system, dome satellite dish, and TV antenna.
