We have enjoyed using this motorhome, but physically can't do it anymore. This coach runs perfectly and handles very well. Everything mechanical and all the appliances work. The Diplomat model had very advanced design features for the time of manufacture. It is very clean and up to date on all its maintenance. It is a used vehicle so on the outside there are some usual small dings, some fading and cracking on the decals, but the paint is excellent and the fiberglass is also good. The tires were all new in 2010 and have aprox. 7000 miles. The four house batteries are 6V were new in 2011 and the two 12V chassis batteries were new in 2013. On the inside the carpet looks nice except for one stain under the recliner in the living room. Woodwork is in excellent condition as is the couch and dining chairs. The driver, co-pilot and recliner chairs are leather and do have wear and shallow cracks in the leather at the front edge of the seats.
