Located: Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina 28469 Cash only. $1500 FIRM. Non-Negotiable. Has clear NC title in my name. 1997 Rockwood Freedom Tent Camper Pop-up Utility Trailer RV CARRIER Air Conditioning unit on the roof. I has the extra heat strips option installed in the roof air unit. So the ceiling has great working 13,500 A/C, and also electric heat. This camper also has thermostat controlled propane heat. Small sink with upgraded household style single lever faucet. Their is a water storage tank under one of the seats, or you can hook to fresh water with a hose. Has a propane storage tank on the tongue. Most of these come with an ice chest cooler, mine has UPGRADED electric mini fridge under the cabinet. Their are no tears in any of the cushions. Tires are all holding air. It has a working propane stove that attaches to the side. Rolls down the street straight with no issues. 3 BEDS! Front bed, rear back, and the dinette kitchen table folds down into a bed. The roof leaked somewhere, and caused ceiling damage. We replaced a board and painted it. It needs attention and looked at to make sure it is sealed from the outside though. We believe the previous water came from the A/C opening. Has a roll out canopy, needs some repair at the rivet on the canopy arm. Little tear on the vinyl window that was duct-taped. Roof leak needs attention. A fixer upper, it is 18 years old. Needs some TLC, for sure. Roof. This leak is WHY THIS IS SO CHEAP! No need to throw in as tire kicking to get a better price, my price is firm and all is being attempted to be mentioned prior to your visit of what I know may be wrong with this item. Cables work when lifting roof, etc. Floor is solid. The wiring harness for it to hook to your vehicle needs looking into. The wires were cut and never taped back together properly. Jacks to stabilize in the rear are working. We just took it for a trip a couple months ago, it is rolling fine, and etc. A sider marker lens for the light is missing. Cheap item at Advance Auto. If anyone wants to see it rolling around, I can hook it to my hitch and tow it around. Popup camper can be shown by appointment to interested buyers. I've tried to be fair here and mention many defects to save the both of us time. It will currently be popped up in Ocean Isle Beach and you can come inspect it 9-29 through oct 1st.
