Hate to see her go for we had a lot of fun camping in her but, work has us tied down and would like to sell to someone like you who can have fun and enjoy her as we did!! This camper runs and drives excellent and turn key ready! We restored our camper to look like you are in a log cabin as seen in pictures. Camper as been gutted to a shell inside, windows removed and re-chalked. Camper was refurbished threw-out the entire vehicle including walls, ceiling etc. Got rid of the 80's/90's nasty look and replaced with a custom one off look. While I had it all torn apart, we replaced wiring (where needed), new custom cabinets and tons storage threw-out. Got rid of the old stove and replaced with storage and new counter top and cabinets. Installed new microwave, sink, new faucets kitchen and bathroom. Installed a electric hot water heater. Installed new upgraded cable hookup and TV wall mounting. New electric hookup with the best plugins you can buy set up to run with 30amp 120v or there is a adapter to run at regular outlet power. Or all can be run from the gas generator located in the RV storage outside, generator was refurbished and is in working condition. The thing I love about this camper the most, is you can just unplug from your camper site and drive around anywhere you would like to go for the day. No worries of taking another vehicle on your daily adventures. List of most items just recently done in the last couple thousand miles or sooner since the new transformation including mechanical work for preventive maintenance so we could drive anywhere we wanted to go: Top end of the motor completely rebuilt, new gaskets, seals, rebuilt heads, intake system, water pump, new distributor, H.D.alternator, full tuneup, new fluids and radiator flush. New shocks in front and air ride adjustable suspension in back. Upgraded A/C to modern 134a, new battery, 6 new tires. Exhaust upgraded for more power and more. Electric start 30 amp generator with new fuel lines and primmer bulb all just done. Mechanical work done by a local shop by a ASC certified Toyota mechanic with over 30 years experience. One look at the motor and you can see all the new parts installed. Has 6 gallon storage tank for the generator separate from the truck gas tank. Black and grey water storage tanks work without any leaks. A/C unit in living area was replaced with a later model rebuilt higher 13.500 BTU unit with new thermostat installed on wall. Unit can be retro with heater element or use the gas heater. We ran a electric heater in the winter. Interior Work : New high quality heavy duty upholstery and curtains. Should outlast the truck much better than factory. New high end driver and passenger seats with center console and cooler. Inside completely refurbished with custom one off look. Custom built dinning area and lighting that transforms into a bed. New counter tops and all new high quality faucets. New high quality hardwood vinyl flooring. Completely refurbished shower surround with new fixtures. New toilet, new microwave, new hot water heater. New power feeds with the best plugs you can buy, new circuit breakers. AC to DC power converter refurbished. Backup camera. Refurbished outdoor running lights and added new door lights for outside camping security. New water line hookup and best quality septic line. Basically made it more of a modern style vehicle you would see at a dealership today. Outside is basically stock. Preventive maintenance done threw-out for your trouble free adventures. 1984 motorhome on Chevy 1 ton chassis. 350 motor, 47,000 original miles. Within past 6 years the water heater, air conditioner, fridge (LP/elec), electrical system (converter charger, main panel and wiring) and plumbing (completely replaced with "sharkbite" piping and fittings) have all been upgraded. Front tires and brakes are 3 years old, and one rear tire and both the deep cycle battery and engine battery are all less than 2 years old. Floor is all ceramic tile and newer model seats where installed along with a flat screen HDTV and DVD player. Has a class 2 receiver hitch and air ride suspension. This has been my second home for the last 2 1/2 years (as well as summer camping trips with my daughter) and has been a terrific vehicle. It's cool in the summer, warm in the winter and dry in all storms. My circumstances have changed and I no longer use it as much as it should be. It spent most of it's life garaged and maintained by a commercial truck mechanic, who took great care of her. It has many, many years of use left, especially with all the upgrades. It's much stronger and sturdier than the plastic and press board RV's made today. The asking price includes all the kitchen wares, a portable BBQ grill, small vacuum, bedding, and 2 electric, ceramic portable heaters (I used them in the winter instead of the onboard LP heater, when I was hooked up to shore power). I have a 2001 Freightliner Bus for sale. My friends in the band HIGHWAY 55 bought this bus and converted in to a tour bus. I bought it because they needed the money. It runs very well. I drove it 5 hours to a music festival (COUNTERPOINT) and lived on it for the duration of the festival. Air conditioners are very cold. On insurance it is technically considered an RV. Insurance for me is about $1000 per year for $300k in liability. YOU DO NOT NEED A CDL LICENSE TO DRIVE THIS!! Run very well. Needs a wire harness which ONLY AFFECTS THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS and front air compressor. It is a $200 fix according to my mechanic. It is hard for me to maneuver around though i live in Atlanta downtown. it has 9 beds inside, 160K miles on a Cummin Diesel engine. White exterior. Runs well!!! This coach also has a MASSIVE solar setup on it. There is also ELECTRIC STABILIZERS ON THE BACK THAT ARE NOT STANDARD AND WERE ADDED. It appears it also has an upgraded Davis Tru trac stabilizer bar on the front and he added a front receiver so that he could put his bike on it. This coach is really nice and well optioned out. This coach just had a full chassis inspection by Vonic of Anaheim, it was just SERVICED by Sullys Automotive in Huntington Beach, and has had a full rv tech inspection. A 4yr/48,000 mile AFFORDABLE warranty is available on this coach if you are interested. This coach was a trade in to me as the gentleman bought a much larger diesel. This is a handyman special, as she is a 1986 and the mechanic stole the starter and batteries when my son died and didn't return them. Claims he couldn't find them amoung his stuff. It has a king size bed in the back, a updated refrigerator, updated porcelain toilet, but one of the two pedals need replacing. It has a walk through bathroom. A sharp micro confection oven, four burner propane stove. Most new ones only have three burners. It has a house faucets with a sprayer. Double stainless sink. Dinet with original fabric in good condition. The dinet will drop down into a bed. The sofa opens into a double bed. Across from the sofa are two occasional chairs that swivel. In between is a pull out table, as shown in the pictures. Above a double shelve has been added for stability and a second one again for stability, to add all your stereo equipment and satellite and TV equipment. The coach was wired for Direct TV and has a hook up on the rear bumper to the front dash. It also has a dish connected to the back ladder and can be directed south without removing it, or using the tripod. This coach has had a lot of updates as far as steering mechanisms. My husband didn't like the feeling of the sway when a tractor trailer would pass, so he added all kinds of stabilizers. This kept the coach from moving and kept it straight on the road, no movement what so ever. He also added air horns. Since it has sat for a while it will need hoses and belts. My son had been adding fuel in both tanks little at a time as he could afford it, he was a mechanic, so he had put some sort of solution in the tank after emptying it, to make sure all fuel was removed. Any he had just started it before he found that his Cancer was back and he started fighting g for his life and lost. Anyway he did tell me that both a/c's may also need replacing. He said he found two new ones for around $500 each.on Craig's list, but he never had a chance to replace them. I lowered the price to compensate for all the repairs. When I lost my home to foreclosure, I had to have it towed rather than lose it. The tow truck driver said it towed down the highway at 80mph no problem. Apparently the brakes must have been ok as well. The tires held up, but I know if it were me I would replace them in time. If you would like more photos, I will be happy to send them.

This RV has been used very little and ONLY has the low mileage of 43,589. 455 cubic inch V8 cylinder, gas motor. This RV has had the entire interior refurbished with new material: Couch, captains chair and kitchen seating. Window blinds and over hangs have also been refurbished with new materials. Carpet was replace and new tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Cabinet doors have also been refurnished and made much nicer. Sink and stove counter top has been beautifully tiled. This RV contains a Onan 5,000 Watt generator with low hours, two roof mounted AC units, microwave, gas stove, gas and electric refrigerator, the kitchen table can drop down into a small bed for children, Sofa an be made into a two person bed and the master bed room has a queen size bed for two. There is many inside cabinet space and many lower storage units. A DVD player was installed for the over head mounted TV. When I first bought this RV I had it completely checked out from motor underneath drive train by a 40 year reputable auto/rv auto mechanic company, Martin Auto in Reno Nevada. I was told that prior to my buying it that there had been an upgrade to the front end with heavier duty parts. This RV is equipped with large retractable patio awning- Sleeping capacity totaling six person- 2 roof mounted AC - - Plenty of space in the bathroom with comfortable quick shower and tub- All necessities for RV bathroom. This RV was costing in 1987 around $45,000 with zero miles. I have looked at prices throughout the internet for a 1987 and it varies between $6,000 to $11,000 depending on the mileage and the condition they are in.. This RV has very low mileage in comparison and many added items. This RV in comparison, hands down is worth the price being asked. You can always buy a cheap RV and then find you are sicking lots of money beyond what it is worth.. be smart and take a look at this RV first at this low price of $7,500 O/B. A new generator alone will cost 3-4 thousand to replace it.

GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a REPO unit and a few are trade-ins. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. With the REPO RVs, there is usually some TLC needed. We generally have generic descriptions for our ebay auctions. Sometimes, we may forget something or make a mistake about some detail. So, please give us a call for a walk around description to ensure that we have good communications about this RV. This RV is in avg conidtion inside and outside when compared to fellow other 5-6 yr old RVs. Please note typical strip fading and cracking is taking place This coach is approx 25 according to nada This coach is a Coachmen Freelander Diesel Sprinter van chassis. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. 600 to be exact There is a roof AC unit that works. The engine or dash AC does blow cold air. The Mercedes Benz DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The 5 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Many of the RVs currently have a washer dryer installed. Typically ,we plan to remove the unit unless the winning bidder wants to purchase the unit for $500 in addition to the bid price. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is usually some delam or water damage.Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 5-6 years I can not guarantee there has never been a leak, currently we have not seen any leaks. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 16 inch wheels, but they have older date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 new tires for approx $1250. This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. Also, the curtains or blinds are usually tattered and worn on these older units. When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, Karolina Koaches will have your item powered up so you can feel confident that the coach functions as described in this ebay ad.
