There is a three burner stove, conventional oven, a microwave convection oven, and a tile backsplash for easy clean up. The island offers more food prep space, and a double sink. The rear of this Vilano fifth wheel features a private master bedroom and complete bath with dual entry doors. The coach would make a great Fixer Upper with plenty of newer updates: the exterior full body paint is glossy, uniform, and shiny, with no visible damage, divots, or gouges. The exterior rear window needs a new seal (pictured). The weatherstripping on the forward roof sides has fallen off (pictured). Two of the five slide floors have been replaced (due to seal leaks), and the seller says the dresser slide-out floor needs to be replaced (pictured). The original tires show 2013 date codes. The roof was fully inspected, stripped, and resealed in the Summer of 2021. New microwave in Summer 2022. New Queen mattress in December 2022. The interior is in fair condition and needs a good cleaning. The bedroom and the living room have newer vinyl plank flooring. The toilet and related plumbing were updated in the Summer of 2022.
