This is a good toy hauler! Just bought a motor home. The most cargo space in a pull behind. This wil fit a sand rail easy or 8 bikes. This is the last model made with solid walls. Not cheep thin wood covered walls, solid foam filled 1500psi compressed walls. Yes it is a littel heavier but well made. New batteries , tires are 1 year old. Frig works off of propane. Inverter set up to run the 24in flat screen TV and DVD player. Satellite dish on roof easy to find satellite. I will show you how. Double rear roll up queen beds with real mattress on top bed. Lower queen turns into couch. Front queen also real mattress with foam topper. Fuel station equipment. 590 hrs on the onan generator. Always maintained well by myself don't trust RV garages. 1st owner and have all documentation. Water 100 gal, gray 45 gal, black 45 gal. Will fil 8 bikes and sleeps 8! 1960 Columbia travel trailer. Trailer is in good condition overall. The previous owner kept it maintained and did minor repairs to keep everything up and running. My girlfriend had intentions of refurbishing this retro trailer to make it even cuter than it already is but cant find the time. Comes with a clear Utah title. Please look at all 24 pictures and click on the link below to watch the video of the trailer. You may need a web browser to watch the videos, they don't always work on phones. EXTERIOR: Skin is in pretty good condition, with a few bumps and bruises. It looks like it may have been painted white at some point and may have originally been bare metal. There are a few patches as you can see, one on the front passenger side and another on the passenger side behind the wheel. The back window is broken and will need to be replaced with glass or Plexi. There is a crack in one of the louvered windows, up front on the drivers side. The rims and hub caps look to be original. All of the outside electrical lights, running, brake, turn signal and all four marker lights are in working condition. One of the side marker lens is missing but these can be easily purchased online or at local trailer stores. There is a newer 6 round plug that plugs in to a vehicle. The outside could be easily fixed up with new paint on the rear bumper, front tongue, rims and hub caps. That along with a new back window and new shiny marker lenses would really make this trailer show well. My girlfriend wanted to strip it down to bare metal but a new paint job would look great also. The tires have great tread and look to be in great shape. Underneath in the back there is some sag, and pieces gone, this looks to be some sort of soft fiber board, not the main floor. There is a new door handle on the exterior door with a key and all the storage doors have new locks with a key. INTERIOR: Interior shows very well for its age and is overall solid. The cushions don't look to have any tears and only one of them on the dinette looks to have some light staining. The back one is more decorative and looks great. Both of the mattresses up top are older but look good. All of the cabinet doors open, shut and latch as they should. The kitchen area all looks very nice with a cool blue stove, sink and diamond plate metal back splash. The floor has newer linoleum and is in good shape. The wood under the seats, inside the cabinets and drawers is solid and not rotted out. You can still see some of the original flooring when you open the lower cabinets doors in the kitchen and the linoleum is vintage and in good shape. There is a newer roof vent that works. The previous owner took out the original fridge, this is now an open space for a new one or whatever you would like to put there. There is a tall closet next to that with a hanging rod. There is upper bed in the front and the rear and they both work as they should. There are four total sleeping areas, for the size it seems like it would sleep a lot.. The dinette table folds down and the bench also makes into a bed. One of the table stands has a piece along the bottom that is cracked but it still works and new ones are available. APPLIANCES: It has a 110 plug on the outside. All four of the vintage interior lights on the wall are in working condition. I have not tested the other appliances inside. The previous owner used this quite often with his family and assured me that all the other appliances are in working condition. The furnace components, sink, and stove all look clean and look like he may have replaced some parts to keep everything up and running. All the copper lines and parts look solid. It has a pressurized water tank and a direct fit line for a hose connection. The stove looks immaculate on the inside and the burners up top are very clean. The two lights on the ceiling are not working, I do not know if they work off of a battery or not. OVERALL: This a very cool 1960 vintage trailer that is in good condition. Light bumps and bruises on the outside needing minimal work. Great tires, all exterior lights are working, with a new plug. Could be beautiful with some light touch up here and there. The inside has a great retro look and is solid. There is ample storage and it does come with everything that you see in the drawers and cabinets. There is also a storage on the outside that is full of other things like jack stands, a jack and other tools not shown in the pics or videos. As stated above, the vehicle that you are viewing is a 2004 Itasca Suncruiser 35 U with 2 large slide out rooms. This coach is powered by a Chevy 8.1 VORTEC V-8 with 5-speed Allison automatic transmission. Heavy duty Workhorse chassis makes for a great package! This is a quality built rig with low miles!! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Chevy 8100 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in fair shape overall. 85-95% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident, but they do have a few small weather cracking places on the sidewalls. The coach was just driven several hundred miles with no issues. The unit was just driven approx 300 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a vehicle, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is not brand new. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has no major de-lam like you will often find on the full fibergalss units this age. The stripes are original and in decent shape overall. Some slight fade and cracking, typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. Several spots of clear coat flake on the rear bumper. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. This coach has fiberglass front and rear caps. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is a 12 year old coach. Interior-The interior is overall in good shape. Everything inside shows only minor/normal wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. New wood flooring throughout. The small amount of carpet left has a few stains. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large shower with sit down platform. Way to many features to list. Overall, the inetrior is in great shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 5500 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 5 hours with no problems. AC Units-This coach has the residential central air conditioning system. The unit works great. The dash/cab AC has not been tested. Roof-The coach has the original fiberglass roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-Yes. 2. Jacks----YES. *****READ CAREFULLY***** This coach has the HWH 305 leveling system. It powers up and works fine when the system is cool. After it warms up, the touch panel will turn off. In most cases it will not turn back on until it cools off again. It acts like one of the relays on the control panel is going bad. We are not a HWH service center, so I cant give you an exact diagnosis. At any rate, it does need to be looked at and repaired. I honestly don't feel like it is anything major, as when its powered up everything works fine. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Partial. Very limited. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. Generally, we check the generator, AC, fridge, fluids, tires and overall driveability of these coaches. The rest is up to you. Bid accordingly. This item is being sold AS-IS. This coach is powered by a Ford TRITON V10 with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty Ford chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Ford V10 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in good shape overall. 75-85% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident, but they are older. The unit was just driven approx 700 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good/average shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is not brand new. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has no large areas of de-lam, like you will typically find on most this age. The stripes are original and in good shape overall. Some slight fade and peeling, typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. Rare to find one with duel panel windows not to be moisture fogged. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major flaws. This coach has fiberglass front and rear caps. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is not a new coach. Interior-The interior is overall in good/average shape. Everything inside shows only normal wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The original carpet is in decent shape throughout. It has some sun fade in spots and a few stains, but nothing excessive. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower. Washer/Dryer combo. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in god shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has a late model Onan gold 5500 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 5 hours with no problems. AC Units-This coach has 2 roof top air conditioning systems. Both units work great. The dash/cab AC has not been properly tested, but blows air. Roof-The coach has the original rubber roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-yes Jacks----YES. Works great. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Yes/Partial. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. This coach is powered by a Chevy 8.1 VORTEC V-8 with Allison 5-speed automatic transmission. Heavy duty Workhorse chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Chevy 8.1 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in good shape overall. 80-90% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident. 22.5" tire package. The unit was just driven approx 200 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a Honda van, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is not brand new. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach does not have the typical de-lam like you will find on many of the full fibergalss units this age. It may have a small spot or 2 but nothing at all major. The stripes are original and in good/average shape overall. Some slight fade and cracking, typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. Several spots of clear coat flake on the very upper surfaces below the windshield. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. This coach has fiberglass front and rear caps. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Interior-The interior is overall in good shape. Everything inside shows only minor/normal wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The carpet is in good shape throughout. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in great shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 7000 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 10 hours with no problems. AC Units-This coach has 2 roof top air conditioning systems. Both units work great. The dash/cab AC blows air but not very cold. Roof-The coach has the original rubber roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-yes Jacks----YES. HWH Leveling System. Works great. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Yes./Partial. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. Generally, we check the generator, AC, fridge, fluids, tires and overall driveability of these coaches. The rest is up to you. Bid accordingly. This item is being sold AS-IS. AMP-30 As stated above, the vehicle that you are viewing is a 2002 Winnebago Adventurer 35 U with 2 huge slide out rooms. This coach is powered by a Ford TRITON V10 with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty Ford chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Ford V10 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in decent shape overall. 85-95% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident, but they are older tires. The unit was just driven approx 300 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a vehicle, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good/average shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is 13 years old. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has no major de-lam like most this age. it does have a few typical areas of gel-coat blistering/flaking however. The stripes are original and in decent shape overall. Some slight fade and cracking/peeling, typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. A couple of the side windows have some mild fogging, but nothing to the point you cant see through them. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks average for a southern rig this age. It does have some fade on the bay doors and the large decals adjacent. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. Again, the coach is in average shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is a 13 year old coach. Interior-The interior is overall in great shape. It is VERY rare for me to use the word great on any of these repo units, however, this one is very nice for the age. Everything inside shows only minor wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The carpet is in good shape throughout. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in good shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 5500 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 10 hours with no problems. The unit has under 200 hours. AC Units-This coach has 1 central/basement AC unit duct throughout the coach. It tested out fine. The dash/cab AC works as well. Roof-The coach has the fiberglass roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-Yes. 2. Jacks----@@@@ READ CAREFULLY@@@@@ The jack system works fine, however, the right front jack will need some service/repair. They all go down properly, but the mentioned jack will not retract fully. I'm not sure of the issue, but I had to release the pressure on this jack and manually push it back up. For some reason the cylinder is not releasing the pressure as it should. It seems to be holding the pressure, as I got a nice spray in the face when I opened the fluid drain plug. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-As far as I know the miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law, it will be marked exempt due to the age. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Yes/partial. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. Generally, we check the generator, AC, fridge, fluids, tires and overall driveability of these coaches. The rest is up to you. Bid accordingly. This item is being sold AS-IS. Palomino Camping Trailer construction began in 1968 with the dream of Mr. Vern Landey. Mr. Landey had been a tent trailer distributor for several years when he felt he could design and produce better quality units than were currently being offered to the public. He would design units which were lightweight and offered convenient floorplans at affordable prices. He began designing and producing Palomino pop-up tent trailers in a small building in Savage, Minnesota. As demand for the Palomino grew, Mr. Landey felt it would benefit his company, Vanguard Ind., to relocate. With most manufacturers and industry suppliers located in the Elkhart, In. area the move eastward seemed logical. Vanguard Industries settled in the community of Colon in 1972. Once in Colon he began to put his plans in motion. By 1973 he had built the main production facility and within days Palomino tent trailers were rolling out the doors. In 1976, Vanguard added its own Needle Division, in 1978 its own Metal Fabrication Plant, and has several cold storage facilities. On May 27, 1992, the primary production building and offices were destroyed by fire. By late August, 1992, the first 1993 model Palomino rolled of the line in the new 52,300 sq. ft. facility, which was built on the same site as the previous building had been. The year 1998 continued to see expansion with the addition of a new 75,000 sq. ft. production facility, and another storage facility. In 2002 Vanguard was purchased by Forest River, Inc. This allowed for rapid growth and the introduction of two new towable lines of travel trailers and fifth wheels, Puma and Sabre by Palomino. This coach is powered by a Ford TRITON V-10 with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty Ford E-450 chassis makes for a great package! Obviously, this rig has been used by a motorcycle shop/race team, and it is not in "as-new" condition. The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Ford V10 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in fair/good shape overall. 50-70% on average of tread. 1 rear tire is brand new. No major dry rot or cracking evident, and most of the tires have a 2011 date code. The unit was just driven approx 500 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a vehicle, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is 15 years old. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has no huge bubbles of de-lam like most, but it may have a spot or two like any this age. As you can see in the pics, It has aftermarket decals all around. These "stickers" are easily removable. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. The front windshield has no major cracks etc. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is a 15 year old coach. Interior-The interior is overall in average shape for a toy hauler this age. Everything inside shows only normal wear. All seating surfaces are in decent shape, but they need a good cleaning. The chair by the entry door has some small flaws/rips. The interior roof surface is clean, with no major water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the front sleeper floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 4. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in decent shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 5000 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 10 hours with no problems. AC Units-This coach has 1 roof top air conditioning system. It works great. The dash/cab AC compressor clicks on, but the blower fan needs to be replaced. Roof-The coach has the original rubber roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-No Jacks----YES. HWH Leveling System. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-No. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. Generally, we check the generator, AC, fridge, fluids, tires and overall driveability of these coaches. The rest is up to you. Bid accordingly. This item is being sold AS-IS. As stated above, the vehicle that you are viewing is a 2000 Fleetwood Bounder 39 Z with huge slide out room. This coach is powered by a Cummins ISB 5.9 engine with Allison automatic transmission. Heavy duty Freightliner chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Cummins turbo diesel engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in decent shape overall. 80-90% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident, however, at least 2 have some very mild cracking. The unit was just driven approx 300 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a vehicle, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is 14 years old. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach DOES NOT have the typical de-lam like you will find on many of the full fibergalss units this age. The stripes are original and in decent shape overall. Some slight fade and cracking, typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is a 14 year old coach. Interior-The interior is overall in great shape. It is VERY rare for me to use the word great on any of these repo units, however, this one is very nice for the age. Everything inside shows only minor wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The carpet is in good/average shape throughout. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower with sit down tub. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in great shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 7500 quiet diesel gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 3 hours with no problems. AC Units-This coach has 2 roof top air conditioning systems. Both units work great. The dash/cab AC has not been tested. Roof-The coach has the original rubber roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-yes Jacks----YES. HWH Leveling System. Works great. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Yes. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. Generally, we check the generator, AC, fridge, fluids, tires and overall driveability of these coaches. The rest is up to you. Bid accordingly. This item is being sold AS-IS.
