NOW, for our buy it now auctions we will do our best to assist you with what we can. Now about this item... This coach is approx 40'. This coach is a Alpine with quad slides. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The 400hp DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. For the buy it now price of $74999, if the rv has a location for a combo washer dryer, we will include a combo unit, for any other price, even if you see it, it is not included. For the no reserve auctions or rvs that do not have a combo unit, typically, we have some used units that we sell for $600 installed. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is some delam or water damage. Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. Please call us, if you need to know something, 866 381 4279. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. Over the past 10 years this unit has probably had some leaks, we do not know all of the history. So, we can not guarantee there has never been a leak, but, I can state that we typically re-seal the roof on most of our units, so, currently there should not be any leaks. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 22.5 inch wheels, but they have older date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 new tires for approx $2100. For the buy it now price of $74999 we will include new tires. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. Typically, a 30 amp power cord is approx $90 and a new 50amp power cord is $250. Sometimes we have used cords that we can sell for less. For the buy it now price of $74999 we will include a power cord. Also, the curtains or blinds are usually tattered and worn on these older units. When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, Karolina Koaches will have your item powered up so you can feel confident that the coach functions as described in this ebay ad. All that we require is a 48 hour notice so we can have your item ready for your arrival. If you fail to give us a 48 hour notice then we will NOT have adequate time to have your item powered up for your complete inspection. I do not think you would have any trouble although I can NOT guarantee anything. I now feel that I have described this coach bad. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. GENERALLY, the item that you are viewing is a REPO unit and a few are trade-ins. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. With the REPO RV's, there is usually some TLC needed. We generally have generic descriptions for our ebay auctions. LOW miles on a practically bullet proof Cummins million mile 450HP diesel - YES, I said a Cummins 450 HP diesel!! WOW, most RV's have 330HP to 350HP but this baby has the high end 450HP motor that most owners would give their "eye teeth" for. The Story ..... The Story ..... The Story Here is this Foretravel's story: This was a repo from PNC bank and is a Florida titled (#72460050) unit. On 3/23/2013 a good friend purchased it at a RV/Motorhome dealer only auction for $33,080 according to the auction post sale report which I have. It was inspected by PNC bank rep mechanic with report that I have ... all worked perfectly at sale. While making the two hour drive home to Merritt Island where I live, he was hit by a vehicle that swiped the side cleanly (I have 100 pictures of RV). Knowing that the unit ran perfectly, I purchased the unit from the Insurance company to fix up, part out, or export out of country. It was running beautifullly and still does (see videos of unit running). It was a clean swipe just under the storage compartment trim. You can get door on Craigslist or junk yard for $100 - $200 or I have a local company that can take off the good doors on the other side and mold them into new ones for $500 each. You can shop around and maybe get better deals. I have lots of friends that want to part it out and then live in it - it's so nice and elegant - nice home. That's the story of this unit ... not flood, not roll over, just a simple side swipe with no other discernable damage. Unit has a Power Tech 10KW diesel generator which sells for $10K, motor sells for $30,000, trans sells for $10K ... just those three items can make lots of one then live in RV for a long time. Lots of options on this beauty. The title is in my hand and is a CD title (Certificate of Destruction in Florida ... other states have different classifications so check with your state before bidding). We can store and assist in transportation for you. Unit has Alcoa solid aluminum wheels (rear one missing), new battery, slide out trays, clean motor, $5K worth of aluminum/cloth awnings, no TV but we have 10 to choose from should you want one. Unit has nice leather interior ... for the year model I would rate the interior as an 8 out of 10 ... just needs an easy clean to look like new. Has nice leather couch, leather Captains chair and recliner, Corian desk nook by recliner, cedar lined, solid quality rich looking wood, Coridan counters, Corian dinette, tile bathroom, porcelain toilet, double long bathroom shelf counter top, large corner shower with brass trim, washer/dryer private room, double door wood faced fridge, Corian covers to stove. This unit is a 1997 Foretravel quality custom made diesel pusher, Model M-4000-U320 and is a 40 foot long unit. It has a low mileage of only 82,731 miles. Last Florida title # is 72460050 and has a Cummins 450HP motor with Allison 6 speed transmission. Unit retails from $60 - $70,000 and it's hard to find a custom RV like this one. New she was $405,000 ... that's right, this quality custom made RV was about $405,000 new. I had a local big RV mechanic look at it .. they said airbag mounts appear offset. These could have shifted u-bolts to axle/trailing arms, looks like needs alignment/straightend. Tires are $5000 new a couple of years ago. The DOT is 7 of 2010 when made, so after delivering to tire dealer then later put on RV, so most likely put on in 2011 and they have like new tread. BEWARE ..... BEWARE ..... This is a true Florida beauty with correct Florida title in hand directly from Wells Fargo Bank, title # 99197173. 25K .......... 25K .......... 25K Only 25K miles on this upgraded 8.3L 315 HP Diesel. Lots of 2000 year model units out there with the little weeny 5.9L engines, but not this unit. Definately a value added upgrade and at 25K miles is barely broke in. This unit is a Model 38D Diplomat 38.5 foot pusher unit with the 318HP diesel. Nice and clean inside with only 318 hours on upgraded diesel Onan Quiet 7500 generator. Most 2000 year models have 800 - 1500 hours and the wear and tear that goes along with that number of hours. This one at only 315 hours is in almost pristine condition and one of the reasons this unit is so clean on the inside. Carpet had normal wear for the year ... was only $500 to replace so we went ahead and replaced it. No strange odors, no smoke smells, and no pet smells detected. Exterior of this unit is nice and clean and shiny. We just washed, waxed and buffed her out. Has upgraded aluminum casing awning all around and on door in cloth. Has huge storage bays, diesel gen purrrrs, roof is solid clean quality fiberglass, inside leather is nice. Has upgraded $2500 J-couch, Corian sink covers, Corian bathroom counter, washer/dryer combo. Floor tile looks great. We just took this unit on a two hour test drive and she performed beautifully. Drove great and handled better. Powerful and smooth through all six gears of the Allison transmission. Unit has DVD/VCR player. We have a regular TV for it but it has brackets there for a flat screen TV all ready to go. Has back up camera, 2 door wood face fridge with ice maker, large corner showe with brass trim, huge bedroom with slide, like new quality mattress or we have others in the plastic for you, bedroom TV, $1000 upgraded window outside screen, $2500 new, very pretty blue power awning ... just push a button ... nice upgrade. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. This RV was purchased from a fellow RV dealer out of Florida. To my knowledge it is a trade in not a repo. The outside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 15 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 15 yr old rvs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 36 foot According to NADA. This RV was built by Monaco Coach. Monaco builds thier own chassis in house under the Roadmaster name This Monaco makes other RVs under the Holiday Rambler , Safari , Beaver line as well. The Diplomat can be compared to the HR Endeavor , and the Beaver Monterrey. The power plant is a Cummins ISB 275 HP direct injected diesel turbo charged motor. The motor seems to run like it should. Allison auto 6 speed. The transmission shifts up and down like it should We drove the motor home approx 600 miles with no problems. No oil consumption was noted on the trip home. This RV has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter / small inverter electric Entry StepsPatio AwningSlide toppers Stove top Microwave Convection Oven TVlp furnace Washer Dryer combo unit hitch air rideair brakesengine brake This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. There is a Onan 7500 quiet diesel generator. We let the generator run over an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air Dash AC blows cold air of coarse it is 50 degrees or less, so its hard to tell just how cold the air really is There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 15 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. metal roof Over the past 15 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the queen bed. The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. . The tires are nearly new. They should be good for 3-4 more yrs under normal usage. The date code is 2010 This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.c. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Rubber roof Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofadinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. The Rv needed tires when i bought it from the fellow RV wholesaler. The tires were cracked and out of date code. Before it made the 600 mile trip home i replaced the 6 tires. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive.
