Private owner sale. Best value for your money. You won't get this much RV at a dealer for this price. 1995 Fleetwood Jamboree Ralley V8 7.5 liter Ford engine. This engine is the workhorse of Ford. You don't have to worry about the V10 spark plug blow out issue with this engine. 31 feet long Only 39,997 miles on the engine and 586 hours on the generator. Back four tires were bought new and put on in September. Don't be fooled by other RVs that have new looking tread but they are years old and unsafe. Front tires and roof are only two seasons old. I did not want to be cheap and recoat the roof. I took the entire rubber roof off and put a brand new EPDM roof on. The inside floors were redone last summer. I took all of the carpeting out and installed floors that are much easier to keep clean when camping. Better for the allergies. We just drove it to Miami University of Ohio this past September and it ran great (as always.) We bought this about 12 years ago and made many upgrades along the way. The L shaped couch is what sold us on it. It pulls down to allow 1 to 2 kids sleep on it. For lunch, there are two small tables to eat lunch on. These were nice for our kids when they were younger. They would use the cup holder in the table to keep their drinks from spilling while I drove. For dinner, there is one larger table for bigger meals. The cab over is unique as it has storage, flat screen tv, and also a pull out bed for one person. The upper area has a real nice night light system which looks real nice at night. There is also a surround sound system to play music. The TV is hooked up to the surround sound system. We used to have a game system hooked up for our kids to play games while we were traveling. The TV has inputs in the back to hook up a game system. I added a backup camera. I also replaced the front air shocks a few seasons ago. If you have a family, this is a nice unit as there is privacy in the back queen bedroom. There are two doors that separate the back from the front.
