This coach is a Airstream Interstate Class B built on a Freightliner Dodge chassis with a mercedes benz diesel This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. This RV was purchased from a fellow RV dealer here in SC. It is NOT a repo There is roof AC unit that works. The engine or dash AC does blow cold air. The Mercedes DIESEL engine runs as it should. The 5 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Many of the RVs currently have a washer dryer installed. Typically ,we plan to remove the unit unless the winning bidder wants to purchase the unit for $500 in addition to the bid price. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. This RV was purchased from a fellow RV dealer out of Florida. To my knowledge it is a trade in not a repo. The outside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 15 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 15 yr old rvs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 36 foot According to NADA. This RV was built by Monaco Coach. Monaco builds thier own chassis in house under the Roadmaster name This Monaco makes other RVs under the Holiday Rambler , Safari , Beaver line as well. The Diplomat can be compared to the HR Endeavor , and the Beaver Monterrey. The power plant is a Cummins ISB 275 HP direct injected diesel turbo charged motor. The motor seems to run like it should. Allison auto 6 speed. The transmission shifts up and down like it should We drove the motor home approx 600 miles with no problems. No oil consumption was noted on the trip home. This RV has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter / small inverter electric Entry StepsPatio AwningSlide toppers Stove top Microwave Convection Oven TVlp furnace Washer Dryer combo unit hitch air rideair brakesengine brake This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. There is a Onan 7500 quiet diesel generator. We let the generator run over an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air Dash AC blows cold air of coarse it is 50 degrees or less, so its hard to tell just how cold the air really is There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 15 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. metal roof Over the past 15 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the queen bed. The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. . The tires are nearly new. They should be good for 3-4 more yrs under normal usage. The date code is 2010 This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.c. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. With that said the miles are counting up, but it does seem to be tracking them slow. This means the odometer indicates approx 50k miles, however it MAY have more. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. This item is a Trade in. V2GRV sold this RV approx 1 yr ago, to a local SC resident. He recently upgraded to a newer, bigger, tag axle RV with a 500HP diesel motor. He put approx 4k miles on it during this past yr GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 14yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 14 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 40'6" foot According to NADA. Nada also says this RV only has 1 slide, in which you can clearly see it has 2 slides. This RV is a Newmar Mountain Aire RV, built on a Spartan chassis. There are no known roof leaks at this time. fiberglass roof Over the past 14 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 5 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofa1 on the other sofa We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. The tires have good tread. However they are beyond 7 yrs old and should be replaced. Min sidewall cracking is noted. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 5 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. The tires have good tread 16 inch wheels. The tires have plenty of tread, and are currently less than 7 yrs old, so they DO NOT need to be replaced. The previous owner stated he just bought the tires in 2013. The Date Code indicated the tires were made LATE 2011. So under normal usage they should be good till 2019 The previous owner did have a "reese" style hitch installed on the rear bumper of the trailer. I asked him what he used it for, he said to tow his golf cart and trailer. This is a non factory add, with that said V2GRV cannot tell anyone its strength and abilities. I am simply relaying info to any potential buyer. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive.
