IF BUY NOW OR BEST OFFER RECEIVED WITHIN THE NEXT 8 hours (11:30pm today) I WILL GIVE A PRICE BREAK! PLEASE COME SEE THE MOTOR HOME BEFORE YOU BID, SELLING "AS IS" BUT I AM DISCLOSING WHAT I KNOW. I HAVE 100% FEEDBACK AND PLAN TO KEEP IT THERE. ASK QUESTIONS!! ASK QUESTIONS!! email me for more pictures.( patricknj83 at gmail .com) CAN BE SEEN IN EDGEWATER PARK NJ 08010 PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK OUT MY LOCATION BEFORE YOU BUY THIS MOTOR HOME!! **EDGEWATER PARK NJ 08010** THE LAST PERSON WON IT AND HIT ME UP LIKE "I'M IN FLORIDA , I'M SORRY I DIDN'T SEE YOU WERE SO FAR AWAY.." THAT'S THE REASON FOR THE RE-LISTING.. NOW.... I have a 1981 Ford Brougham motor home. It was considered the Cadillac of motor homes in its time. it has about 93,500 miles on it. it looks very cool and turns heads where ever i go. now lets get to it.... I HAVE HAD THE MOTOR HOME ABOUT 5 MOS. SELLING BECAUSE I BOUGHT A TRUCK SLIDE CAMPER AND MY TOWNSHIP WILL FINE ME FOR HAVING BOTH. OTHERWISE I WOULDN'T SELL IT. no leaks at this time (had leaked before me other owner sealed it) it has.... 351m v8 gas motor auto trans w/o overdrive RWD front and rear fuel tanks exterior 6.5 out of 10 interior 6.5 out of 10 Please be aware that this is what i think the motor home is you can come here and say its 9.9 out of 10 "almost perfect" or say its 1.0 out of 10 "a pos". im going on what i have seen from others over 10 years old. but trust me when i say i have seen 2005 rvs falling apart. they dont make them like this any more. sleeps 4 people kitchen area bathroom (toilet in shower) roof top A/C (needs work, runs but don't hear the compressor turn on) generator (works) fridge (needs work) KBB IS BETWEEN $4,000 AND $5,200 GIVE OR TAKE. AND I'VE SEEN OTHERS LIKE THIS SELL FOR $4,500+ ALL DAY LONG. PROS.... *has almost new tires ($1300.00 in tires) *new power steering pump (needs to be bled) *new water pump *fits in a regular parking spot(about 22 ft long) *tow package *not too many out there (but ford drive train easy to find parts) *I was told this is the port hole model and is RARE and worth more money. Took a few pictures of the port holes. *It also has a full size spare tire. (Fits any position). *Just checked the cold water and works great. As you see in the pictures I checked both the kitchen area and the bathroom area. Both working *And lastly I took a few pictures of all the storage. Their is a ton of storage!!! And a decent size closet area. CONS.... *needs the roof top A/C looked at *needs the fridge looked at *NO DASH A/C *a few rust spots (the size of a quarter on the driver and pass lower doors) i'm sure you can find more but not a rust bucket. *needs both drive belts replaced ($30.00 fix) *smog pump NOT hooked up *some cabinets need door closers (if you want the originals i have closers on there now they work fine.) Now I had this on CL and got 30+ emails a day with people that have no money wasting my time with email offers. so i'm trying Ebay. I will consider some trades if met in person with them.... 1985 trans MUST have a manual trans Ttops and 305 engine large factory rubber wing, jeep wrangler cj yj or others alike, motorcycles or quads. my email is patricknj83 at gmail.com for any questions trades or times to see the motor home LOCAL PICK UP ONLY!! NO DELIVERY!! LISTING CAN BE ENDED EARLY DUE TO LOCAL SALE. HAVE FOR SALE LOCALLY... THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME IN ADVANCE! I like what a seen on another listing......" when bidding or buy now you commit to that price so please don't come here with a diffrent price in mind" like i said i'm available for you to come see the motor home almost every day after work or on the weekends. please read entire listing before you ask questions, but please don't hesitate to ask questions. I will also do the buy now price in person so don't wait set up a time to view it today! last time i listed i had 2500+ veiws and 98 or so watchers within 72hr time!!! Happy bidding!!

Up for sale is this 1991 Dodge Xplorer Class A motor home. Because of a mistake with the VIN number, DMV thinks it is a 1989, which makes for cheaper registration and insurance, but the driver’s door plate clearly states that it’s a 1991. It is current on its registration, and just passed smog in September 2013. The original owner kept meticulous records and it comes with all of the original manuals and schematics. We bought it from the second owner who had been living in it (up on jacks, no damage to the tires) for ten years. He regularly started it, but it did not move. We have done over $12K in work to this vehicle. Now, to tell you all the things that we have done to this vehicle…. Are you ready? · New Engine: It has a 8 Cylinder Dodge (360?) engine with less than 500 miles on it · Rebuilt generator with a new inverter. It has less than 5 hours running time · Rebuilt Transmission · New Master Brake Cylinder and Boosters · Rebuilt suspension · New Roof A/C Unit that was started to test, but has never been used · New Refrigerator that was started to test, but has never been run. It will run on propane or electric and can be easily customized by adding panels or plexiglass · New Cooktop and Oven. We upgraded from a simple cooktop, and had to replace the cabinet to accommodate the new oven. The cabinet was built by a local cabinet shop out of cherry. · Brand New Microwave · New laminate on the counter, dining table, and the side table. · New sink and faucet. · New Battery Isolator · New under-cabinet CD player in bedroom · New CD/ MP3 access player in dash that plays throughout the vehicle · Back-Up Camera · Cabin Battery was bought in 2007 and I think has a 10 year warranty · Engine Battery was bought in 2012 · Exhaust system has been repaired · Battery disconnects are installed on both batteries Addition things you should know about… · This RV will sleep up to 5 people. There is a full size bed in the back that will sleep 2 people, the dinette folds flat and will sleep 2, and the passenger seat can be folded flat and slept on. · There is a full size spare tire under the back bumper · A heavy duty extension cord for plugging the RV in at campgrounds · It has the original hot water heater which has a special feature This hot water heater heats water while you drive. This is not a standard feature, most RVs will only heat water while they are parked. It means that you can shower, do dishes, etc. as soon as you arrive! · The propane tank is easy access near the front passenger tire. · There is a full shower in the bathroom. Most RVs with showers use the entire bathroom as the shower and have a drain in the floor. This RV has a shower separate from the rest of the bathroom (someone could brush their teeth while another person showers). · The cabin heater can be run on propane or electric · There is TONS of storage. The entire space under the bed is a cabinet, there are several exterior storage bins, and the entire cabin is lined with overhead cabinets. There is also a large closet next to the bed. · The driver and passenger seats have shoulder belts · The rear passenger and all the dinette benches have lap belts (most dinettes don’t have any seatbelts) · The body of the RV is very aerodynamic, which leads to great gas mileage. Now for the not so great… · The dash A/C and heater controller needs to be replaced · The odometer does not function · You need to keep at least 1/8 of a tank of gas. There may be an issue with an internal fuel pump inside the gas tank. · The front grill needs new hardware to stay attached · The internal floor lights stay on anytime there is power to the RV. We had the door switch replaced, which fixed it for a few weeks, but it stopped working. Might be an easy fix. · The triangle wing window on the passenger side is cracked · The tires have lots of tread, but they are at least 12 years old · The driver’s seat belt is sticky
