We are selling our beautiful 2001 Trek Safari 2480 Diesel Class A with 64,707 miles. The motorhome is in very good conditions, it's in great shape for a 2001. For those that are not familiar with the Treks, I want to clarify that they provide the comfort and luxury of a much larger coach in a very unique way. Treks do not have a "bed Room", they have an "ElectroMagic Bed" that is hidden away above your head until you need it to sleep. I much prefer this arrangement that allows the convenience and added safety of Driving a ten feet shorter coach. The magic bed in the photo goes down more than in the image. Everything works and several extras are included in the sale including a Front windshield Magne Shade ($487.00), flatscreen tv, a surround system, patio and window awning, Pathmaker package, beautiful mural on rear of coach, rear camera double pane window and much more. The quiet generator runs on propane and only has 202 hours. I just had the fiberglass roof sealed with two coats of an elastometric roof sealant, not because it needed it but as an added preventive maintenance. The motor and transmission sound and run beautifully. You can drive this coach with confidence to Alaska or anywhere you desire. Take it and have a pleasant adventure discovering the continent. The diesel safari treks are rare and more valuable, specially with the sought after slant nose. The diesel units original cost was over $110,000. Our asking price is very good considering it is a diesel. I cannot find another online lower. They are very well built (heavy duty fiberglass and thick aluminum) by Safari which is a division of Monaco. Everything on this coach is constructed of quality materials and was built to last. There is a crack on the windshield, but it has no effect on visibility or leaks. There has been minor work done on the entrance door and the left rear corner has been painted. The previous owner told me that it was done because of some scratches. He showed me the before pictures of the scratches and it was no big deal. I have the photo.
