At the time of the visit, found the Sandpiper to be clean and in good condition. There were no signs of excessive wear or abuse. A couple of areas on the floor had some discoloration and one scuffed area. The roof did have one area next to the ladder mount that needs to be resealed and is being cleaned and resealed. All of these areas are included in the photo gallery. Stock #359167 2018 FOREST RIVER SANDPIPER. READY FOR THE NEXT ADVENTURE. If you're looking for something to have the comforts of home when camping or want a home away from home at your permanent site, the 389RD would be a great choice. One of the unique features of the 389RD is the sliding patio door entry in the living room area. Not only does this provide natural light, but it also creates great access to a deck area if you have a permanent site. The living room has a ceiling fan, two trifold hide-a-bed sofas, theater seats with heat, massage, lite cup holders, and footrests. The entertainment has a 50-inch flat-screen TV and fireplace. With the sofas and the theatre seats, everyone can enjoy a view of the entertainment center and fireplace. The galley has lots of counter space. You have the kitchen island with a flip-up extension, a buffet area, and a hutch. Storage should not be an issue. You will have a doored pantry, upper and lower cabinets, and multiple drawers for a fully equipped kitchen. For meal prep, you have a 3-burner cooktop/oven and a two-door residential-style refrigerator with a lower pull-out freezer door. The freestanding dinette has four chairs that make mealtime feel more like home and provide space for game night. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with an integrated seat, a nice vanity, and a mirrored medicine cabinet. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a large wardrobe with built-in shelves and is prepped for a free-standing washer and dryer. There is also a 4-drawer dresser with a large top for a TV. She has really good bones but could use some upgrades and some TLC. The family has lived in it full time for a while and traveled extensively. The roof is in good shape but could use a new coating. The leather furniture is in rough shape and some have been replaced. The oven has been removed and stove top replaced. There is a TV antenna but is currently not working. Stock #378459 Excellent condition! Outdoor kitchen, kitchen island, residential fridge, bunkhouse, loft, large shower, the works! Must see! This Sandpiper is a road warrior and has a great floor plan. The mid coach kitchen is spacious and has a very open feeling with a nice center island and large residential refrigerator and a ceiling fan. There is a lot of storage including a pantry. The rear living area has a nice entertainment center with TV and fireplace. The current living furniture would probably need to be replaced along with the vinyl flooring due to some peeling. The mid cabin bedroom with bunk beds and teddy bear bunk would be perfect for visiting grandkids or traveling with kids. Could also be used for an office or storage. The front master bedroom has a queen bed and offers good storage with washer and dryer hook ups. There currently is just a washer hooked up. Reason for selling is want to upgrade.

The exterior shows very well, with no abnormal fading or oxidation, and the graphics still look in great shape. The exterior could use good washing from sitting under trees but should be cleaned up nicely.
