Interior is in good condition. Lots of storage. Refrigerator/Freezer, Shower, Toilet and Sink, Stove and oven all work. A/C for cab and motorhome works well. Generator has 828 hours on it and works fine. Tires date code is 2010 and they have about 8000 miles on them. No evidence of dry rot and all tires have good even wear. Brakes are fine. I believe I am the third owner.
