This trailer has only been used sparingly for two summers. It is in like new condition. It is fully setup and includes everything needed to start using it immediately. The price includes: all dishes, cook ware, silverware and utensils. There is also a Coleman portable grill, manual satellite dish and a propane camp fire pit. Also included are two Cabela’s lounge chairs. There is also a telescoping latter. The trailer has sewer hoses and supports, drinking water hoses with regulator and other additional hoses. Electrical cable and hook ups for 50, 30 and 20 amp service.The unit has a computer controlled automatic hydraulic leveling system. In addition there are electric rear stabilizing jacks. It comes with an in cab tire pressure and temperature monitoring system. It has a Reese Revolution PIN box. This PIN Box allows you to use a standard hitch with a short bed truck instead of having to use a slider hitch. It worked very well with my short bed truck.The fireplace has a remote control which also can set the temperature desired. There is a radio CD combination with built in speakers. There is a Flat screen TV in the living area and connections for one in the bedroom. The Queen Size bed has a high quality memory foam mattress top which makes the bed very comfortable. There are hooks in the bedroom for a washer/dryer combination. There is an outside shower, hose with sprayer head with hot and cold water, station for cleaning. The dinette has 4 chairs 2 of which are folding and can be stored under the bed. There is a like new vacuum cleaner that is included. There is plenty of storage, both inside and out. There is the pantry, linen closet, dresser, bedroom closet and many other drawers and cabinet storage areas.Many of the photos are from the time of purchase. Divorce is forcing me to sell this wonderful gem. Needs to be seen to be appreciated. I am a very motivated seller, and will negotiate! The truck is available as well, and I may be able to deliver to some east coast states. I owe 39000, so the price is very negotiable, I just need to get out from under this.
