Comfortably sleeps large family. King bed, queen bed, table folds down to a double bed, and couch folds into a single bed. My family of seven fit without being crowded. Used only 4 times since purchased brand new in 2012. GAS furnace, stove and refrigerator and hot water. Has micro wave, water and electric hook up as well as water storage tank for remote camping. Has two shower heads, one indoor and one outdoor, and a cartridge toilet. Indoor shower was never used. EXTRAS: Solid Storm Door, outdoor gas grill, mounts on the side, and fully enclose patio. Only one camping trip since wheel bearings and axles were service, this camper is in excellent condition, well taken care of.
