It has two air conditioners on the roof and one factory air, and all conditioners work. It has the electric levelers that work fine and the side slide-out works correctly. This also has a Onan Marquis 5000 generator with very low hours. Unfortunately, an animal ate a wire inside of it, and it will no longer get a spark to start. This also has a beautiful wood floor, trailer hitch, 20 foot awning, electric steps, and many many more options.This was purchased new 20 years ago and the original owner sold it with 16,000 miles on it 4 years ago to the people that I bought it from. When they purchased it 4 years ago, they replaced the original tires and serviced it to run the best. They used it very little over 4 years, only 250 miles a year. It was basically for camping during the summer. There was a $420 power source for the main and auxiliary power boxes, which was replaced. We put in 3 brand new batteries and the vehicle starts and drives just like brand new. Will need a gasket in park pressure pin.It is amazing how well it drives with the dual axles in the back. Outside of the size of the vehicle, it drives no differently than driving a large van. As stated above, the vehicle that you are viewing is a 2004 Itasca Suncruiser 35 U with 2 large slide out rooms. This coach is powered by a Chevy 8.1 VORTEC V-8 with 5-speed Allison automatic transmission. Heavy duty Workhorse chassis makes for a great package! This is a quality built rig with low miles!! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Chevy 8100 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in fair shape overall. 85-95% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident, but they do have a few small weather cracking places on the sidewalls. The coach was just driven several hundred miles with no issues. The unit was just driven approx 300 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a vehicle, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is not brand new. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has no major de-lam like you will often find on the full fibergalss units this age. The stripes are original and in decent shape overall. Some slight fade and cracking, typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. Several spots of clear coat flake on the rear bumper. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. This coach has fiberglass front and rear caps. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is a 12 year old coach. Interior-The interior is overall in good shape. Everything inside shows only minor/normal wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. New wood flooring throughout. The small amount of carpet left has a few stains. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large shower with sit down platform. Way to many features to list. Overall, the inetrior is in great shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 5500 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 5 hours with no problems. AC Units-This coach has the residential central air conditioning system. The unit works great. The dash/cab AC has not been tested. Roof-The coach has the original fiberglass roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-Yes. 2. Jacks----YES. *****READ CAREFULLY***** This coach has the HWH 305 leveling system. It powers up and works fine when the system is cool. After it warms up, the touch panel will turn off. In most cases it will not turn back on until it cools off again. It acts like one of the relays on the control panel is going bad. We are not a HWH service center, so I cant give you an exact diagnosis. At any rate, it does need to be looked at and repaired. I honestly don't feel like it is anything major, as when its powered up everything works fine. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Partial. Very limited. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units.
