This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 3 roof AC units that work. The engine or dash AC does seem to blow cooler air. The M11 Cummins DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. For the buy it now price of $89999, if the rv has a location for a combo washer dryer, we will include a combo unit, for any other price, even if you see it, it is not included. For the no reserve auctions or rvs that do not have a combo unit, typically, we have some used units that we sell for $600 installed. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is some delam or water damage. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 22.5 inch wheels, but they have older date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 8 new tires for approx $2800. For the buy it now price of $89999 we will include new tires. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. Typically, a 30 amp power cord is approx $90 and a new 50amp power cord is $250. Sometimes we have used cords that we can sell for less. For the buy it now price of $89999 we will include a power cord. Also, the curtains or blinds are usually tattered and worn on these older units. When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, Karolina Koaches will have your item powered up so you can feel confident that the coach functions as described in this ebay ad. All that we require is a 48 hour notice so we can have your item ready for your arrival. If you fail to give us a 48 hour notice then we will NOT have adequate time to have your item powered up for your complete inspection. I do not think you would have any trouble although I can NOT guarantee anything. I now feel that I have described this coach bad. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. There are 3 overhead ACs that work. Each is also a heat pump. 2 LP furnaces as back up. One of the AC s looks brand new , 15k BTU for the bed room. The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air while going down the road. Perhaps some freon will make a diff. The Engine is a Cummins ISM series M11 500HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel motor. The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. 10k watt. The customer told me they had the gen recently serviced. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Fiberglass roof Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. Perhaps a good recharge can get it better The Engine is a ISM Cummins 500HP turbo charged diesel. The motor runs like it should The 6 speed allison automatic shifts up and down like it should A 10k watt diesel generator runs and makes power like it should There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 120k with that said, if you desire to do a trade, either we can do market value for market value or book for book. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 12 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch aluminum wheels. All 8 tires are Michelins. 7 of the 8 have a mid 2009 date code on them. The last 8th tire is on the tag, and is a different series of Michelin but same size as the other 7. Under normal usage a RV tire is good for 7 yrs. With that said the 2009 Michelins should be good thru 2016. Approx 2.5 yrs more of life left The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. Currently there is no paint "checking". No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. There are 2 overhead ACs that work. The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air while going down the road. The Engine is a Cummins ISL series 400HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel motor. The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. 7.5k watt. I let it run approx 1 hour to ensure the new owner wouldnt have issues. Less than 100 hours on it There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This RV is not a typical 9 yr old RV. It has been well cared for, and most likely garaged all its life. The wheels are shiny and so is the paint. No paint checking noted This coach can sleep a total of 5 There is room for two in the rear King bed. Sofa sleeps 2other sofa 1 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC.The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The front tires are just a couple of yrs old, and still have several yrs left. The rear tires are showing early signs of cracking and need replacement. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. Ducted air The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air, perhaps some freon could help The Engine is a Cat C9 400 HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged rv The Allison 6 speed automatic transmission shifts up and down like it should A 10k watt Onan quiet generator runs and makes power like it should. approx 600 hours There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 156k. Please understand if you desire to do a trade, i generally recommend book vs book This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. fiberglass roof Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear King bed. The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires date code that indicated they are the originals and there for should be replaced. The buy it now price posted includes 8 Brand new tires. The tires on the RV are showing early signs of side wall cracking The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. One blind is missing. It is currently on order I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'.
