This is a front kitchen layout fifth wheel. This allows for a nice separation of space, and yet the 2 spaces feel open to eachother. The rich wood throughout the trailer is beautiful! There are 4 slides throughout the trailer giving lots of extra square feet. The living space is very well laid out with a nice hide-a-bed couch and rocker recliner. The couch and recliner are nicely place for conversation, and to enjoy the entertainment center and fireplace. The kitchen is packed with good functional storage, including a large pantry, large cabinets, and many drawers. In the kitchen is the dining table and 4 chairs. Also there is a breakfast bar that is placed nicely to view the entertainment center, and give extra kitchen counterspace. The kitchen is fully equipped with double sink, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave/hood, and double door fridge/freezer. The way the dining table sits gives it easy access to the kitchen, and still out of the way, because it sits in a large slide. So with the bar area and the dining table there is lots of dining space. The bathroom is very well laid out. There is a nice sink vanity and big corner glass enclosed shower, and a private room for the commode. It has a solid door between the living space, and a second solid door to the bedroom, so there is good privacy. It has a walk around KING BED, huge mirrored door closet, a built in chest of drawers, and an extra closet in the bathroom area that is just the right size for washer/dryer hook-ups. There is also a separate exterior entry door in the bedroom, so there are 2 exterior entry doors. This is a great convenience, and a nice safety feature. This fifth wheel has a fully ducted air conditioner, and heater. This trailer is fully insulated for all four seasons. So it is outfitted very well for the cold and hot weather.
