The overall condition of the coach is in good condition. The flooring, dinette and front seats were all in good condition. There is some wallpaper peeling towards the bottom of the refrigerator and bathroom vanity due to water lines not connected from the dealership. It has been repaired, but they did not repair the paper under the warranty. The end cap of the awning is missing. It had the roof resealed in 2023 as preventative maintenance and is solid! They oven has not been used so it is like new. The engine fires right up and runs great. The AC works great and keeps the RV cool. The tires have a good amount of tread left on them. Furnishings are in good condition. Step inside through the side door and you enter a spacious living area with couch and dinette to the right and beyond that the drivers seat with a cab over sleeping area with mounted TV. To the left of entering you'll go through the kitchen to the main sleeping area where there is a queen bed on a slide and the bathroom with a stand up shower, vanity, and toilet. The generator has been turned on every month and ran to keep it lubricated but aside from that it has not been used to power the unit as they have also had hookups available when using it at campgrounds.
