2013 Palazzo 36.1 shows normal wear and tear for the age. Very clean, but the furniture is showing peeling/cracking which is common for the year. The outside is in very good shape, with a roof access ladder. Has newer tires DOT of 2922. As with all used purchases, we recommend a pre-purchase inspection to have all systems checked. Twin A/C units are quiet and efficient and work as they should. There are no known issues with any appliances, electrical, water pipes, plumbing, etc. The vinyl coverings on the furniture and driver/passenger chairs exhibit the very typical peeling, very common with these models. The roof looks good (see pics and video). The exterior paint and graphics look really great except for a small area confined to the pull-up cover for the front located ONAN 6000W diesel generator. Bath and a half! ********************** CERTIFIED SINGLE OWNER ********************** This well-maintained PALAZZO 36.1 is a popular choice among CLASS A owners. Well maintained and routinely serviced, this CERTIFIED SINGLE OWNER RV is sure to please. Typical of THOR models of this year range, the vinyl upholstery is peeling. Our seller keeps the seating areas covered for that reason. Wood cabinetry is well-made and pleasing to the eye. The residential refrigerator-freezer is super clean. The exterior has full body paint, and all still look very nice. It is stored under a covered storage when not in use. A few minor superficial scratches should be considered normal wear and tear. The interior upholstery on the couch and dinette has the typical peeling on the synthetic leather but is still very serviceable, and the front seats have already been recovered.
