This coach appears to be in good overall condition, with a few things that may need attention at some point, and the seller is taking care of a few things now.
The items that are being fixed soon are: (1) The generator is being serviced as it runs well, but has been shutting off for no apparent reason. (2) The water pump is being replaced. (3) The passenger side slide topper is being fixed or replaced as it is not attached on part of the top.
The outside paint is in good condition, showing some wear, but overall it looks great!
The front right corner of the coach has a little bit of damage, that the new owner may or may not want to have fixed. It does not hinder use at all.
Inside the coach, everything works as it should per the seller.
The upholstery is in excellent condition except for the arms and a couple of other small areas on the settee where the seller has put some tape to stop the peeling.
All appliances, cabinetry, and flooring appear to be in very good condition.
There is a small area on the wood frame around the refrigerator that was scraped a little bit as shown in photos.
Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it independently surveyed to confirm the unit's condition before purchase.

This 2017 Challenger 37LX (BY THOR MOTOR COACH) is a great coach for traveling the country with family and friends!
Overhead there's a drop-down bunk that measures 54"X74."
The living area features a sleeper sofa across from the fireplace and TV, so you have a perfect place for relaxing in the evening, and the fireplace will take the chill off on those cold mornings. There is also a 72" dinette sleeper, and the front chairs swivel to become part of the main living area.

There is a closet across from the half bath that houses the washer and dryer units.
