1997 Thor Motor Coach Residency , Outside it looks like most other RVs but the inside is COMPLETELY REMODELED, IMMACULATE, & EXTREMELY VERY WELL MAINTAINED. It is a 2-Owner (non-smokers) coach with low miles. We've installed new carpet throughout (including bedroom), new vinyl flooring in kitchen and bathroom. We added a 37" LCD flat Screen TV in the spacious living/dining room area, replaced the sofa with a $2500.00 custom sofa hide-away bed that unfolds to reveal a full custom foam mattress that is more comfortable than the beds in many homes (see sofa photos). We added a 20" flat screen LCD TV to the bedroom. The RV has a power inverter ($3,000 option) that allows you to run 115 volt appliances (like the TV, Microwave, Roof Air etc.) while you are not hooked up to electricity or driving down the road. The power inverter is in addition to the generator. This RV has a 5,000 watt ONAN generator but the power inverter is completely SILENT so you can use it after "quiet hours" when generators are not allowed. The kitchen includes recessed built-in gas range & cooktop, a HUGE side X side double door refrigerator, Corian counter tops and a micro-wave convection combo with stainless steel interior that allows you to either microwave or bake using "CONVECTION" baking. The bathroom is spacious with large glass enclosed shower and a quality PORCELAIN TOILET" that is the same quality as your toilet at home and stays clean (much better than plastic models). The twin bathroom doors swing open to the hall area doubling the bathroom size which is excellent for taking showers, toweling off and getting dressed. Additional accessories include King-Dome satellite antenna, DVD-CD High Definition Player Recorder (play and record movies when there is no TV signal available). Also Full custom vented cover to keep the RV covered in the winter but allowing it to breath so there is no build-up of moisture or moss. Also HWH computerized leveling jacks, tinted insulated dual pane windows, leather driver and passenger reclining swivel chairs, dual roof air conditioners, FanTastic Roof Fan in the kitchen area, Heated remote control mirrors and lots lots more. In August of this year (last month we spent nearly $3000.00 having everything checked and repaired/replaced as needed. Among other things, the entry steps were replaced and we had some issues with the HWH leveling jacks so one was replaced/repaired and all work perfectly now. The motorhome has Banks Power System and a tag axel to make driving a pleasure.
