This 2010 Four Winds Freedom Elite 23S is in overall good shape for its age.
The seller states that all items are in working order. He does need a bolt to keep the manual awning to stay up and stated he would replace that.
The cockpit seats coverings appear to need to be replaced, and the seller has seat covers over them.
There are also a few stains between the driver and passenger seat on the carpet.
There are also a few soft spots on the floor between the cockpit and galley,
No roof leaks or any leaks were noted upon taking photos.
The tires are 2017, but no rot was noticed, and plenty of tread.
