You can tell this unit has been well cared for. Non Smoking with no pets. I was not able to find any interior or exterior damage. There is some issue with the wall under the window in the bedroom. The paper is peeling up, but the cause is unknown. The unit was purchased new out of Texas, and it was like that when the seller picked it up. Although the height is only 11' 11", one can easily stand in the bedroom where there is a full-size closet with full-length, sliding-door mirrors.
